Park Inn by Radisson Surat

I stayed at the Park Inn Radisson for 11 nights with my mum and my sister who also stayed here at the same time. What can I say, the rooms were lovely and clean. The staff were absolutely amazing and attended to all our needs. A special shout out to Mohit & Mohit at reception and also Lucky & Akash who were all so helpful as was everyone else at the reception desk and concierge. The breakfast on offer was really incredible! Such an amazing variety of vegetarian food and everything was delicious. Fresh dosas were a treat! I didn't miss eggs and meat at all. A special mention to the restaurant manager, Sovan, who was so friendly and always at hand for any requests. Such great service! I would definitely visit again and have already recommended this hotel to my brother, his fiancee and her family who are staying there at the moment!

A very last minute booking for a 1 week stay and it’s fair to say that I wasn’t disappointed! The overall experience was fantastic; from comfort to the service itself and even the food. The staff were welcoming and greeted the family with a smile upon entering and leaving the building. The service provided was exceptional, all staff were very attentive to the needs of each member. The house keeping specialists always ensured the room was stocked with all the necessary amenities and did a thorough clean on a daily basis. A special thanks to Mohit Ganawala, Abhishek, Soyanika and all staff from the RBG restaurant and especially the Chef. The hotel prides itself on being a pure vegetarian restaurant and served a variety of alternating dishes during the breakfast buffet and every dish was delicious.

The view from the restaurant and terrace is lovely. Though note there is a building on one side of the hotel and construction taking place on the other that could also obstruct landscape views in the future.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very kind, polite, professional and helpful. I am very picky about the state of bathrooms in the hotels but I have to say the bathrooms were super clean and the room service is impeccable.

All good, hard to complain about this hotel. I just had few suggestions regarding the food served in their restaurant and the chef himself contacted me in person to ask me questions. This shows how profesional the staff is.

I have absolutely no words as to how amazing and what great hospitality this hotel had to offer me. Right from the staff at the reception to the housekeeping to the security, every staff was humble to the optimum. I was welcomed with 2sweets on my arrival with a wonderful note written "Welcome Home" and trust me, they truly meant these 2words and I realised this towards the emd of my stay. My mom unfortunately fell sick during her trip to Surat due to train food and the hotel staff went one step ahead to provide her with a simple dish during checkout as i told them that she couldn't eat anything spicy. The chef at the restaurant Mr Chetas was so kind that they literally made me feel at home. I have stayed at many hotels in Surat but I will never go back anywhere else. Select Park Inn with your eyes closed. It is one of the most amazing properties I have ever been too.

The housekeeping and in room dining experience was not as expected from the Radisson brand. Turndown service was very careless and hurried and had to be recalled in the evening on return to room for doing the needful Dining order taken and received in room was not upto the mark and had to be sent back 2 times til finally received the right food and right specs. Maybe this is only initial glitches and due to trainee staff. Hoping all this would improve by next visit !!

Breakfast was great. Staff are extremely courtieous. This is a fully 'vegetarian' property - (means no eggs !!) - but the spread they have is terrific. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are great. Fast and Free Wi-Fi, great shower pressure, very comfortable beds and and a lot of attention to detail. The receptionist who checked us in (her name was Lucky) was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She was very thorough in explaining the facilities in the room and hotel. A true gem.

Many of the the TV channels that they offer require a 'subscription'. Wanted to watch the WC football - but could not. They really should remove the channels that are unavaialble and only display the ones that can be used by a guest.

All good with respect to staff and cleanliness. Mansi helped us check in faster and gave best possible available room. Manager was helpful and checking on what we would need. Food was okayish not great but nothing to complain there.

Since the property is surrounded by buildings, view was little bad as in only AC vents and ducts. Also, room size can be little bigger for family. But overall good.

Excellent decor, lighting , delicious and diverse spread of food, special mention of the Manager Sahoo who made our stay very comfortable and special , provided connecting room with an upgrade for one. Diwali sweets and diyas complimentary. Chefs are good. Most of the staff display warmth i. their behaviour

pure veg cuisine (even though delicious so a minor issue). Have rooms for 2 adults and 2 children below 18 / 3 above 18 and 1 below 18

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were cleaned regularly good value for money. Showers were great very powerful. Had all the necessities in the room with an iron except for slippers.

The mattress was too soft for our liking resulting to backache. The room was slightly smaller than shown in pictures.

1. Costly for this type of hotel 2. Staff efficiency. Had requested the desk person 15 minutes in advance (early morning) to send a bell boy to carry the luggage down, keep the bill ready & arrange to bring the car. Nothing was done. It resulted into an unwelcome delay of almost 30 minutes in my departure. The desk person was nonchalant about it.
