Novotel Vijayawada Varun

Overall experience was good and you will feel worth the money you spent. Breakfast was okay, little below the standards or expectations. Rooms and toilets were clean and looked hygiene. Pool is very poor, it’s actually open for outsiders training kids learn swimming, so no privacy or relaxing by the pool.

Pool is used for coaching kids, no privacy for guests. Too much crowded and the changing rooms stink and not maintained properly. I found it difficult in using it , this was bad experience as a guest. Please do not let it for coaching. It should be only for guests.

The food quality is on high level eight. I never saw earlier I my journey experience around the globe, number of dishes presented represent regional , other Indian food and intercontinental served in BF or Lunch or Dinner. In each time you find lot more verity , new test , and way of presentation. Open cooking ( live stall ) is giving a different visual impression . The upmost beautiful part is service in food area ,the food service staff are so trend , having nice different regional dress each time , very polite and very fast to fulfill your desire . I come to Vijayawada few times a year and stay here. This has been my 4th visit this year alone and stayed here cumulatively over 20 days this year. This has become my 1st preference to stay while in Vijayawada. Good breakfast, good gym, roof top swimming pool, good bar and restaurant

parking is not easy, no direct access to parking to the lobby, have to walk around the building coming out of lobby and take an external elevator to reach car in garage few times to get couple of items from my parked car. not enough room for more than few cars loading/unloading in front of the lobby, had to wait in Q in the car for my turn to get in and out during peak times and couple of times had to wait on the road outside of gate as there were 5 cars in front of me loading/unloading. Bar didn't have few popular beer in sizes that were on drinks menu, I had to go to a different bar outside to get my favorite Indian beer couple of times while I had to settle for other brands couple of times. When I pay high prices then Bar should have all drinks on the drinks menu.

Location is good. Breakfast is fantastic Gym is good, roof top swimming pool is fantastic. Rooftop bar is good. I availed all of those facilities. Friendly, helpful Staff and their hospitality is excellent. Each and everyone of them is excellent. They have assembled a great team. My four days stay was very good. Thanks to each and every one of them.

Vehicle security check of private cars entering is good safety measure but they do it at the gate and that can fit only one care at a time and I was third in line and had to stand in the middle of road causing inconvenience to passing vehicles. They should move it few more spots but they do not have any room there as they have used wall to wall and lacks space. Cellar parking is good but unfortunately doesn't have access to it from within hotel to get some items from car, have to go out of lobby and walk around outside and take an elevator to get to parking. It is a little inconvenience but not to a level of hurting overall experience of the stay. Valet parking helps but getting to car to get some forgotten items is what is inconvenient.

I liked the view, the buffet, the bed and the swimming pool. The staff was very obedient, responsive, and kind. The buffet was tasty and had various dishes and desserts. The swimming pool was very big and my son loved swimming in it. The lobby also had a cool digital table that you can play games in it, it's basically just a big phone that only has games.

The view from our room looked just little bit okay. And the room was looking very dim, the rooms should have more lights.

I cannot express enough how delighted we were with our time at your hotel. The combination of great food, friendly staff, and the presence of someone like Mythri made our experience truly memorable. Please extend my gratitude to the entire team for their outstanding efforts.

Out side food was not allowed .Kids want food form out side same was not allowed inside hotel which is not good we understand it impact your business but customer spending money for his own comfort kindly look into that

Spacious, clean rooms. Good location. Great deals on booking.com. food is amazing, especially the buffets. High speed internet is great. Staff is eager to help though slow.

Staff is a bit slow, though eager to help. A la carte orders ARE VERY VERY SLOW even at the restaurant. When we stayed a couple of days ago, there was a party for the staff and the restaurant was understaffed. We waited for over 45 minutes for a simple order that was served from the buffet. The staff manning the phones need a bit of training. We had called an hour before we checked in around 230pm to see if everything is in place and the lady who responded was neither professional nor knowledgeable. Not sure if the calls go to a call center, but it would be great if there were some quality fixes done. The room doesn't come with disposable slippers. It can get really cold so it would be great to have these available.

Quintessential Novotel experience. - Situated just on the National Highway, so perfect for folks driving through Vijayawada. It takes 5 minutes to just hit the Highway. - Check-in was fast. - Room was spacious. - Bed & pillows were super comfy. - We ordered dinner which was absolutely fabulous. - Though it was not in our package originally, we had breakfast next day. All in all, it cost around INR 9K for room + dinner + 2 pax breakfast for 1 night stay.

I like the way the staff were receiving the guest & I like half board.The food was really Super.Environment is Very peaceful.

I didn't like the Tv mainly, As recognize as a 5 Star Hotel, Normal LED tv was Available in hotel. Android Tv was not present.It's was very Shame for don't have Android Tv. And second one is Bathtub was absent, I was really Shocked for absences of Bathtub🛁. And third one Complementary Beverage & Snack was absent.So, Implement the above once.

Its located next to NH-5 and easily accessible from airport around 40-50 minutes. The overall look, rooms arrangement and facilities are excellent for short or long stays. The buffet having a good spread of all cuisines and excellent. The in-room dining needs more veg options, laundry services we used are good and economical

More vegetarian options in in-room dining and buffet. The carpets on each floor on the way to rooms looks outdated. Over crowding in the lobby and buffet with no social distancing observed during over stay.
