Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the Bus station. I made a last minute booking as I was very tired after travelling from Tel Aviv and wanted to rest before continuing on my journey early the next morning. I didn't mention in the booking that I was in Israel celebrating my birthday, so it was such a pleasant surprise to receive welcome gifts and an unexpected room upgrade. I had to leave by 5:30am the next morning, and a take-away breakfast box was prepared. I felt so special.

There was an iron burn on the carpet that was rough on my bare feet.

My granddaughter stayed in this room...her first time alone. She showed me the room via video. She was just elated. One thing that struck me was the fabulous view she had and how she commented how wonderful and delicious the food was. I don't think I could have been happier.

That was a business trip, everything was fine. Would like to mention Ms. Linoy, the customer service manager for her outstanding service, she has contacted me before my stay there, asking if anything required, also took a lot of care upon arriving and during my stay there. Will be glad to come again.

The breakfast needs improvement, below previous visits standard, maybe because the incoming passover.

Linoy the hotel's manager did her best to make me feel very comfortable. I will definitely return to the same hotel again.

Parking place is very small, specially if there are any events onsite. It happens there was a weeding the night I checked in, so I struggled to find a place to park my car. Besides that all went great.

Dinner was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. Linoy was fantastic and answered all my questions prior to checking in.

The only thing was that the room was a little cold due to switching the air conditioning to cool. There was extra bedding so it wasn't an issue in the end.

Linoy was an angel of an employee, making sure everything was prepared and comfortable for my stay. Many thanks to her and her colleagues for helping me feel right at home--from the breakfast staff to members of the housekeeping team: toda/shukran!

Please put a working bathtub stopper next to the tub so that baths can be drawn. The currently available one provides insufficient suction. Many thanks!

Breakfast was good! The service was good. This Bed was comfortable, the water was nice and hot!

The art on the wall within the room was not acceptable for me, due to me being a carbonated man...the image displayed racism (it had an Anglo-Saxon woman with a horse on the picture), I was not going to sleep with that image above my temporary bed that night. Nevertheless, I did not sleep with it above my head on the wall, I removed it, placed it in the restroom till morning. This hotel may need to consider investing in neutral art pieces.

Large rooms; very nice staff; good location in town; received a fruit/wine gift which was delightful Good breakfast - even accommodated gluten free

Hotel is large but old & needs revamp. No bathrobes/slippers or snacks available at night. Bar was depressing with only couple wines

How the airconditioners randomly deactivate at a particular moment Dinners do not seem to be worth 200NIS but their lambs & fish are amazing
