Apulia 35 B&B0

Our apartment was right at the entrance of the old town of Bari, with lots of little streets, merchants, and restaurants. Both the old town and the new town city centre are close and you can find drogeriemarkts, grocery stores and various restaurants nearby(Chinese, Japanese, American, fast-food, and of course lots of Italian places). Would recommend it if you like walking around in nice cities. The apartment was spacious, the aircon worked well, WiFi was stable and fast. We also had a small balcony to hang our swimwear to dry. Both the apartment and our room/bathroom were fully equipped(kitchen utensils, hair drier etc) Our hosts were amazing and knew a lot of local restaurants, wine bars, beaches, and programmes to recommend. We tried a couple of them, and all were delightful. We also had the option to self-check in, and our hosts were flexible during our stay. We also had a lovely Italian breakfast included, which was enough for both of us.

The only thing we didn't like was that there was one shared fridge for all guests and other guests often ate/drank our food and water(even though all apartments have separate shelves). We would recommend food containers for each apartment, and a potential sign to warn guests what's common and what's personal. This is not our hosts' fault,m they were super nice and bought us the food others eat!

Most engaged staff I've ever seen. Send us detailed info on self check in, always open to answer any question. Had a little surprise for us as we had a special occasion. Location and cleanliness was great. Could not ask for more in a stay.

Breakfast is pre-packaged but there are options. There is enough equipment to prepare something of your liking. The rooms are close to a restaurant that can be loud during dinners and might be after you would go to bed.

Everything was so well decorated and clean! It even smelled good! The room is beautiful and the bed is super comfortable. The breakfast was self-service but very good, the kitchen was cozy and well organized. The location is perfect, just between the old town and the modern part. There is a bus to the airport that stops less than 5 minutes away. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

The heater is very loud and it turns on every time someone uses the shower or the sink. We could not connect to the wifi but it's ok as we only stayed one night.

Great B&B in the center of Bari, just between the old and the new part of the city, so it's easy to go both directions. Comfortable and clean room on the first floor with perfectly working quiet air conditioning. The bathroom is right across the room, but it is for private use. The second room is on the second floor and has its own bathroom across the room as well. We were not bothered by the busy street. The host Tatiana was very helpful in arranging a taxi for us on the morning we left.

The breakfast is real Italian (fresh sweet pastries and cookies with jam and Nutella). Wonderful coffee. There was yogurt available, but not everybody loves to eat yogurt on an early morning. A pity there was no cheese or ham available, but then again, one can not expect this for such a low price. And there is always the possibility to buy some outside, so it was not a real problem for us.

- Private bathroom is external which was a minor inconvenience - Close to a restaurant so bring your earplugs! - For breakfast, I would have preferred a voucher to a local caffeteria

We stayed at Apulia 35 six nights. We find the property being managed very well. The owner (Ms. Tatiana) is very kind and extremely helpful with good English ability to speak. B&B location is very good, close to old town/train station/restaurants/main streets! Definitely recommended for staying.....

Nothing, all was good

The location was excellent, right in the middle of Bari. The facilities were new and of a high quality. When we asked for a chair in the room it was provided immediately.

There was no mirror in the room. There was a mirror in the bathroom for hair and shaving purposes but it would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the bedroom.

Great location right next to the old town and 10 minutes on foot to the train station. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfy. The chef from the pizza restaurant a few doors away seems to be some kind of local karaoke celebrity and was quite noisy on Saturday evening, however, that sort of added to the charm of the place.

The breakfast was not the best - generally just some snacks from the supermarket. There were also some fresh muffins, but not every day.

Basic packaged breaky, location in old town near everything, step out to traditional cobbled laneway, comfy but small room but as required, wonderful hostess, very adequate for short stay.

Tight stairwell but they're renovating inc. lift to make it easier to get your baggage upstairs. Separate but close bathroom.

Everyhing was amazing! The lady was very nice, the house was modern, stylish, cleaned every morning. It's in the edge of Bari Vecchia, easy accessible everything! Very nice restaurants nearby, nice neighborhood, 15 min walk from the train station.
