Rooms are wide, with big windows and large bathrooms. The furniture is modern and different in each room, there's everything that you might need. It's exceptionally clean! I couldn't find a corner with dust, shower was spotless! The kitchen is spacious and that's where we all have breakfast, the managers take Italian style breakfast for the guests, fresh croissants straight from the bakery, then coffee, tea, muffins, and biscuits. There's a safe car park which is great. Good internet connection for all guests.

One of the shutters was not working properly, so we had light coming into the room in the morning, however, we reported to the management and they told us they were going to fix it soon. Should offer the possibility of an English breakfast on demand.

I arrived accidentally one day before and they helped me in this situation. Flexible staff and prompt solution delivery that was the main attribute of this accomodation. Clean and well equipped bathroom. Good cooling system. We used only for sleeping the room because our targets were the soud Italy beaches. We visited a lot of beaches (Polignano a Mare, Poliamo, Santa di Maria Leucca). It was easy to do trips for other cities.

I think it would be useful a shelf near the beds and a table in the room. I was with my daughter so it was enough room but for two adults I expect more spaces in a room.

The room and bathrooms are big and comfortable; however, the shower box is maybe too small and sometimes uncomfortable to shower. The location is good, very quiet and peaceful. Private parking is available. Breakfast doesn't have many options, but it was fresh and tasty.

Unfortunately our bedroom had a very bad smell of cigarettes. It may not be the hosts/owner's fault, but it was very uncomfortable for us, non-smokers.

Very spacious room with comfortable bed and all the comforts. As a plus is it has a parking.

They didn’t send us anything about how to get inside the building amd we had to call them in order to give us instructions. Also the breakfast was very poor only some rusks with marmalade and some croissants.

A cozy place just 10 minutes away from Bari old town. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. I loved the decorations and attention to detail. Amazing cappuccino with breakfast. Free parking available on site. Will definitely stay there again if back to Bari.

in the middle of nowhere the sound proof between rooms is not good if you are a light sleeper

The host was kind a rude, needs to send more clear instructions!

The Private Parking available behind garage doors outside in the yard. The host was flexible with the check in time and helped us enter the room. A clean room and a big bathroom. The bed was comfortable.

It's surprising how little effort was invested in the accomodation. The breakfast is croissant (not fresh) and toast. The walls are ultra thin. A light in the room shows the exit and it was flashing during the night. The room is in the middle of nowhere, you need a vehicle. All in all I would have zero complaints with half the price. The amount I paid was definitely overpriced.

The first stay was booked by booking.com we got a clean spacious modern room.

The second stay I booked directly at the accommodation. We got a different room in another building. The room was old, not clean and very small. It was a big disappointment. So we wouldn't recommend it to my friends.
