It was one of the nicest place we have ever stayed. The position of the property it's wonderful, right in the square, we were lucky enough to watch a 3 day event with music and food from our balcony. The hosts were so nice, dropping a bag supplies and water every two days, the communication was spotless and fast with many useful tips. And the best was the view from the top of the building. We will definitely come back to this wonderful little city.

- narrow and steep stairs - no equipment for cooking - only basic bathroom facilities - poor breakfast (coffee and croasaint only)

Perfect location in the center of the historical town, very nice and helpful owner, fast and clear communication in English. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs in a typical Italian style, fresh and tasty croissant every day. Really recommend this place.

Authentic Italian town and history far away from tourist areas.
Being a small old town parking is confusing for people like me used to easy parking lots. Lots of stairs which was fine for me but hard for older family members.

The rooms are nice, clean and well equiped. The view from the balcony on the main square is super nice. Palo del Colle is a nice and calm little village with a well maintained historic center.
