Hotel Vittoria

Without a doubt, this hotel stands out as one of the finest establishments in Brescia. Its prime location near Vittoria Metro station, nestled within the bustling downtown area, makes it a convenient choice for travelers. What's more, reaching the hotel from the Train Station is a breeze, thanks to the presence of a Metro station right there! This seamless accessibility adds a touch of convenience to the overall experience. Speaking of experience, the hotel's accommodation pricing is fair and reasonable. It strikes a balance between affordability and the high-quality services provided. Guests can enjoy the comfort and amenities without breaking the bank, making it an excellent value for money. Furthermore, the hotel staff deserves praise for their exceptional dedication to guest satisfaction. They consistently demonstrate attentiveness and hospitality, ensuring visitors feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout their stay. Their commitment to providing top-notch service adds warmth and comfort to the hotel experience. Additionally, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for a remarkable experience during my recent stay. Due to early morning checkout, I was unable to enjoy the breakfast as it was before the scheduled serving time. However, the thoughtful staff went above and beyond by preparing some delicious food for me to enjoy before my departure. This gesture truly touched me and exemplified their exceptional hospitality. I am immensely grateful for their kindness and willingness to accommodate my needs. It is these small acts of generosity that make a stay at this hotel even more special and memorable.

I find myself returning to this hotel for the second time, and I must say that if given the chance, I would gladly stay here again in the future. One aspect that caught my attention, just as it did during my previous visit, was the breakfast. While it was still enjoyable, I couldn't help but notice that there were no changes since my last stay. If I may offer a suggestion, it would be to consider expanding the breakfast options with more delightful choices from Italian cuisine. This addition would be a delightful enhancement, allowing guests to savor a wider range of traditional Italian flavors and specialties. It could add a touch of authenticity and cultural immersion to the breakfast experience, making it even more memorable for guests.

This hotel is in a great location to be able to enjoy the central old town of Brescia. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was very clean, and the bathroom was ample size for the two of us. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of meats and cheeses, cereal options, and fresh fruit. Hot dishes included scrambled eggs and sausage. Parking was very convenient, basically right under the hotel. Although our room was small, the hotel does have larger room options which we would look for should we find ourselves here again. We would stay here again.

The temperature control of the room was adequate but a little challenging to keep at a set level. The thermostat on the wall didn't appear to be able to be set so I was trying to keep the room temperature steady using the valves on the radiators. While this was adequate it was not ideal. Although the bed was large and comfortable, the room was very small. Larger room options are available in the hotel.

The location was great. The hotel located at the heart of the old city. Many Restaurants and shopping area around the hotel.

The room you see at the photos in booking was intirely different from the one they initially offered us. After we complained they offered us another one that match the one we ordered. There is a free parking however it was a bit far from the hotel and we needed to climb a lot of stairs with our bagggages and no one offered any help from the parking to the hotel.

location 1 stop on the metro from the main train station good selection of resturants around to eat and a few shops that were mainly closed as it is their holiday. room was nice had a balcony that overlooked the church

bathroom not too great. shower doors didn't close properly. the A/C was also not very good and didn't cool the room that much. we asked for a fan however they didn't have any fans. I'm not sure this is really a 5* hotel when compared with other 5* hotels. friendly staff but probably wouldn't come back agains to Brescia anyways

The location is second to none, right in the city center, walking distance from subway and from all major attractions. Main shopping street and 3 big supermarkets are just a few meters away. The staff was wonderful - they helped us to change our rooms, and one of the rooms was upgraded for a very small surcharge. Our room had a wonderful view of Duomo and castello. Additionally, all the rooms were quite big, much bigger than I expected.

The breakfast coul be improved.

The hotel has a great location in the heart of the city. It has an amazing rooftop terrace, with a very kind barman. The room was spacious and clean.

The hotel's overall feel is shabby and outdated. The minibar in the room was dirty and had barely two drinks inside. This is certainly not a five start hotel, two star at best. The breakfast was ok, had a lot of variety but oddly enough was not especially delicious. The coffee (from the machine) was bad, which is a shame for an Italian hotel.

Stylish and well appointed thirties? building - all marble and wood and traditional fittings. Very good, and good value, breakfast. The location is perfect for the historic centre and our room had a superb view of the cathedral.

When we sat in the near empty open air rooftop bar area for the views and some fresh air we were told to leave because we didn’t want a drink.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was delightful with a terrace with a view of the duomo, the tower and the castle on the hill. The location was a short stroll from the main attractions. The decor and furnishings in the public areas especially were beautiful, and it was great value for money. Breakfast was varied and good too, and I loved the rooftop bar. I would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing to dislike.

Everything went well and I actually specifically came back to Hotel Vittoria for one night in December, as I had liked it so much earlier this year in the summer. It is a beautiful, classic hotel, however, with a great 'sense of humor' - for example, the Christmas tree was upside down! I also had a delicious dinner in the wonderful restaurant and a lovely breakfast. The location is as good as it gets with almost all of the main attractions within 3-minute walking distance. I would like to highlight Federico who is doing an outstanding job taking care of his guests.

I liked everything.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the very center next on the main square next to great restaurants and attractions. The provided parking is under the main square close by.

The breakfast was good but the same every day.
