Hotel Europa Art Caserta

This is the second time I stay at this hotel. Location is great, 5 min walk from the main road and Royal Palace.Good breakfast and courteous service. Rooms are simple, modern and clean. Nice toilet with all the necessities. Overall a good stay and I will be back anytime I’m in Caserta

Few minor points: - I wish the gym was more furnished with more dumbbells and a standard weight machine. Also the gym music should be separated from lobby’s - The hotel entrance is a bit uncomfortable with difficult doors to open and few stairs where you have to carry the luggages. It would be good to have a slide for the luggages instead - Car parking is not included- not a real issue as this seems being a standard in Caserta. The car park is outside the property and easy to reach

Everything was great. The room was nice and clean. The beds were very good too. The outside terrace was a nice and welcome surprise! The boys at the reception were super nice and friendly. Breakfast was decent, nothing fancy there.

The hotel's parking was full so we had to park at a different parking some 300m away. Not too much trouble, but having a parking close would have been nicer.

The room was decent, modern and clean. the shower was also quite large and comfy. Breakfast wasn’t varied but the staff were very nice and cordial. Located right in the center, it was great to be able to visit the Reggia di Caserta (Royal Palace) in all its splendour, in a 5minute walk. Being close to the train station was an added plus because we were able to visit Napoli and back in the same day.

There was no kettle and coffee in the room, which was a big minus for us. The coffee served during breakfast wasn’t great either. The fact that we had to pay extra for unattended parking was also a bummer.

This property in the city centre of the town of Caserta was just perfect. We liked the position respect to the city centre and the “Reggia”. Cleanliness of the room in general and the overall property. Breakfast service was decent and good choice of the food and drinks. The hotel style was gorgeous.

Hotel room was great, comfortable & had functioning AC, which made our 1-night stay in July perfect. The room & bathroom were clean! We drove to the hotel and they had a private gated parking lot just a short drive across the street for 10euros per night. We parked on the street in front of the hotel to check-in then they showed us how to access the lot. Staff was incredible, kind & helpful. Everyone always greeted us “Buongiorno,” which was so welcoming. The staff at the front desk speak English, but it does help if you speak Italian of course. The location is awesome as it is a walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shopping boutiques, & of course the Reggia di Caserta including the gardens. There is also a supermarket close by if you need to grab water or anything. The hotel does have a lift/elevator & stairs. We didn’t utilize the hotel bar, but I believe you have to request it at the front desk because nobody is at the bar 24/7. Breakfast was included in our stay & it was decent, many cornetti/croissants & pastries, bread/cheese, hard-boiled egg, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, & many types of coffee.

Nothing! Everything was great. If anything, the room was on the smaller side, but for 2 people it should be fine.

Great location,within easy walking distance of the Reggia.We had a very spacious extremely comfortable room,and bathroom.Staff recomended some excellent nearby restaurants.A very good breakfast was provided that fully complimented this quality hotel.

Excellent location to the royal palace and gardens, train station, local restaurants. Room accommodations were as expected: clean, good shower, TV and AC. Good breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly; they arranged a taxi to NAP with an excellent driver.

The room was clean and aircondition worked properly which was very good because the temperatures were over 40oC. The staff were helpfull.

The breakfast was the only thing that was not ok. It was very monotonus although the lady that served us, made very nice cappucino.

the property is in perfect location. the staff absolutely lovely. the only minus is the parking. that we had to pay for it but apart from that was super amazing and we highly recommend.

Outstanding value for money in this newly furnished hotel. Large spacious modern rooms with funky art. Great staff and exceptional breakfasts.
