Beautiful place, beautiful people- owners and Federica who works there. I stopped for only two days on my cycling journey from Croatia to Italy, but it felt like a week! Wonderful, beautiful, lovely! I give this place 20, not 10 ! Hope to come back some day!

Very quiet location on the top of the hill with great views, very nice owners, impressive house with rich interior, large green territory, spacious room, good wifi in the room, free private parking.
The owners do not speak English af all, language barrier made some difficulties. Very simple breakfast: coffee, juice and croissant

absolutely beautiful. Very nice property immersed in nature. Room was big and very comfortable, one of those rare times where you can actually feel at home. Management is very courteous and available. Great place for a private event considering the very spacious dining rooms.
the heating radiator in the bathroom was full of air so only the bottom elements were warm. Needs to be purged.

nice large rooms, great pool when it wasn’t filled with 35 children from the local area on day care. once they left it was relaxing. great shower / jacuzzi tub in the rooms.
no greeting on arrival, too many children in the pool for day care or school holidays, the air conditioner was very weak, the hill to access the property is very steep and difficult to navigate with a medium size car. no English spoken, which is fine as we speak Italian.
