Hotel Victoria Maiorino

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Victoria. It was a great location for visiting Cava and surrounding areas. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a very nice continental breakfast with delicious pastries. Special thanks to Emmanuel who spoke excellent English and was able to answer our many questions, and help secure a private taxi for a tour of the Amalfi coast. This hotel is affordable and in a great location. This is the hotel to stay in if you are visiting Cava de Tirreni!

This vintage hotel was amazing, the location was perfect for shopping and transportation. The hotel was very clean, the staff were truely amazing, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Always going an extra mile to meet our needs. In particular lady Naomi and Mr. Manuela, being bilingual, were very useful and taught us a lot about Italy and the Cava de Tirreni region.

While I really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel, the monotony of the breakfast menu, especially having the same food and fruits every day put me off. Secondly, I wish the three bed room had a toilet of its own. The TV had only Italian channels.

We arrived early but the hotel were great accommodating us. The breakfast was a served buffet, with screens still in place following covid. This was the last hotel in our touring holiday in Italy and was the only one still with such measures. It did restrict the choice at breakfast, but the offering was still OK, with coffee, juices and Italian pastries. The location is slightly away from the Amalfi coast, which makes it much more accessible for car touring. The underground carpark was a decent size and no trouble parking.

The double bed was two single mattresses. There is a complicated one-way system in the town, but the hotel were great at sending information to navigate it.

Absolutely incredible hotel! Incredible staff. Staff was very welcoming, accommodating and helpful throughout the course of our stay. We were upgraded to a junior suite which made the whole stay even more comfortable. The food was exquisite. The hotel is conveniently located with less than 5 minutes from the station and bus station. There are shops nearby

Nothing negative

The property is beautiful and very convenient. It’s located in the city centre, at walking distance of the train station; yet, cars can briefly park in front of it to drop bags and passengers, or for longer term in the underground garage. The staff was also very nice.

The breakfast could have a bit more options, especially the bread, there could be at least an option of brown bread.

The hotel is amazingly located near a long pedestrian street with shopping, bars, and cafes, which we didn't expect. Excellent staff service We had breakfast on the terrace, which was really enjoyable. FREE Parking in the hotel garage was a BIG plus

Location is perfect. It’s a beautiful hotel with excellent service. Everyone goes out of their way to assist and make your stay comfortable. I would recommend it 100 times and more.

a lovely olde world hotel in a small town that was surprisingly lively. Our room was wonderful - lots of charm and very spacious. The staff were super helpful which really made the stay wonderful. The location is great, just at the end of the most popular pedestrian area with lots of restaurants and bars

Elegant hotel and comfortable rooms. Lots of bars and restaurants a few minutes down the street. Makes a great place to stay when visiting Amalfi coast and/or Pompeii.
