Hotel Ficocle

Great location just off via romea. Next door to salt fields and is very quiet. Room was big and bed was an antique with ceiling and bathrooms were modern and new. Hotel is like a museum with many antiques and outside is a display under glass of Roman artifacts that were found there.

The restaurant was closed when I was there probably because it is the Italian holiday season and they are on vacation. Great place to have dinner once the restaurant opens up.

The hotel is in a great location, it's a peaceful and quiet area, the surroundings are beautiful. It's easy to get to by car, there were plenty of parking spots available. The hotel has a very old school vibe to it, feels like from an old Italian movie - I liked that a lot. The rooms were clean, you could feel that some things were dated, but it was a good experience overall - nothing fancy, but at a good price point.

I only regret about staying one night instead of a week. The hotel is exceptional and authentic with nice rooms that have seen some history and yet spark and function well. It is surrounded by salt production facilities, which are basically ponds with thousands pink flamingo. Environment and wildlife is amazing there and we'll as amazing was our rest. Thanks for all!

Location is amazing, next to the main attraction: the salinas. The hotel decoration is very special. The staff is very kind. I recommend this hotel.

The location is super but it is not walk-in distance from the beach (which is an advantage because you are away from the tourists).

Really lovely location, away from noise but close to spots to visit. The design of the hotel is lovely and quite an unusual mix. Breakfast was simple, coffee was amazing and the staff really attentive.

The bug nett in the room was incomplete and a lot of bugs entered the room.

very pretty setting on fosso, lots of wildlife, very quiet at night, pretty antiques nice old building.

needs some updating, the padded bedroom door was a little 1960s and creepy.

Suggestive location (unique). It's refurbished middle age fort in the middle of a natural reserve (intresting environment, colors, sunrises, and flamingos). Room was big. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly hosts! (There for 1 night, after visiting Ravenna - my partner and I really enjoyed this experience, thank you).

The WiFi covers the hall and common areas.

If you have your own transport you get very good value for your money here. WLAN in the rooms is weak/erratic but it works fine in public areas including the very nice terrace. The location of the hotel is isolated and very quiet. Good coffee maker in the breakfast area for free coffee and bisquits.

The single room completely lacks the atmosphere of the larger (and more expensive) rooms but you can still benefit from all other amenities.

There is the possibility to have a nice warm drink (coffee, cappuccino, hot tea...) and access to few pastries for free all morning.

Helpful and nice staff, wonderful interiors, great stay.

On the rooms are no glasses, and water is hot everytime - when you need glass of water, is impossible.
