A fantastic property in a great location and easy to find. We had a lovely room, clean and with a comfortable bed. We had a lovely breakfast sitting outside in the sun. Francesca was lovely with good English and recommended a nice little restaurant not to far from the villa.

Wonderful experience from the moment we entered the drive. Francesca, the host, was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were delightful, clean, comfortable. Francesca told us the history of the property and showed us wall paintings done by soldiers during ww2 plus original features in the house which has been beautifully restored and modernised.

Kindness of staff (owner). Excellent service. Very good breakfast. Beautiful villa, completely restored. Particularly interesting are the sketches on its walls by the New Zealand army which liberated Faenza from the Nazi's in 1944, as well as related provided documentation.

This is a newly renovated old villa mid-way between Faenza and Forli and good for both, Francesca was a great host and the breakfast was especially good.
It is a bit remote if you don’t want to drive, there is no close restaurant for an evening meal.

The history of the house and restoration are beautifully done, the breakfast was great and communication for check-in was quick and easy.

The villa looks perfectly restorated, the inside is modern but still with traditional style, very nice combination. The room was big and well equipped, the breakfast was fine. I can only recommend to stay here.
