I stayed there with my wife and baby girl for just one night, but everything was more than good. I arrived early and called the host notifying her such a thing; she replied me that she could not give me immediately a room, but would've cleaned mine as soon as possible. She definitely did so; indeed she called me telling me that the room was ready and that she was waiting for me to check-in. The room is new and clean. The shower is perfect and so is the hot water. The baby crib has a matress and linen. They give you a free breakfast per each adult per night, which you can spend in a bar which is in the same building on the ground floor. It was OK and with a good choice. The position is perfect as well. It's on the border of the pedestrian zone; so it's comfortable if you get there by car as you can park it nearby and if you want to go out walking as well. We reached the place by car, indeed, parked it and the forgot it as it was too comfortable to go walking anywhere in Foggia.

it’s quiet difficult find the entrance to the building. you should prepare more detail information for tourists- how to enter the building and where is the entrance.

some noise from downstairs late evening. when I booked the room, it states room with balcony but I have a room without balcony.

Entrance is hard to find. No clear indication of where reception is. No parking on site despite reservation and no warning abt it. So we had to pay extra for city parking.

Good location, price and the best bed we had in whole Italy!

AirCon didn't work after 11pm until morning. Then it just started working again. There is no possibility to leave luggage for few hors which was really unfortunate.

Great location, right in the heart of old town and about 1km from railway station. The rooms are nice and comfy with a nice little balcony.

The management team could provide better service online and explanations for their policies. They sent messages bordering on rude, saying they cannot accommodate our requests, even though we hadn't made any requests. They also cancelled our reservation citing the card could not be a debit card even though it was a Mastercard. We had to rebook exactly the same room with exactly the same card and the price had gone up and no one could explain why the price jump in less than 24hrs. They also accepted the card at the hotel, so not sure why they cancelled in the first place when you pay at the property. Very poor customer service.

Dora, the lady which rents the rooms and the croissants which you get as breakfast. Dora is great, everything what you need she will help, very nice lady. For smokers there is a nice terrace which I like.

Small room, no parking which is close to the property and around the building a lot high-school kids were gathering which was strange. They don’t behave, stay around walking or driving directions. It was very strange, maybe because of the COVID... It is possible to park in front of the building around 10 pm.

Nevere ever again this B&B!!!! Owner is very rude and speak only little in English. I couldn't open main door so 5 times send message to owner asking for opened main door. No replay!!!!! I called and also no answer. Finally woman owner replayed in Italian language which I don t know. I replayed her to write me in English becouse I don t speak Italian. But she replayed again in English kod to main door which didn t worked. I stopped Italian man on the street and gave him my mobile phone and he also was trying enter code but main door didn t worked. I sended again messages this code didn t worked and need owner to come and open door other way I will need sleep on the street!!!. Finaly after 15 minuters Roman owner came and started shouting at 5 pm why I can t open the door and that she had to come and open door!!!! What a rude woman!!!! She was trying open own door for 2 minutes and told she not speaking much in English and if I want understand her I need to use translator!!!!!!!!!!! She wasn t happy had to came at 17.00 so if you plan arrive there at this time or later you can forget anybody will welcome you. She will send you only code to main door and to your door on 1 at floor. When I was paying asked when is breakfast. She replayed breakfast won t be served there, breakfast is in bar and she told name of the street. I asked for any city map and showe me where is this breakfast. She opened other room and came to room which was prepared for other guest and from window showed me where is bar so you be prepared anyone can enter your room when you will visit Foggia!!! I wanted this woman stay away from me but when I opened my room she came behind me and opened fridge and showed air condition. I replayed her knowe how work air condition and knowe in the fridge is bottle water. I asked her what time she will came next morning for check out and she replayed will be at 10.00 am. I told owner that at this time I will be on the train and leaving at 8.00 am.
