The spacious apartment is very clean and fully equipped with all one needs. It has a large bathroom and a lovely terrace. There is also a secure parking space within the premises. The host (Antonio) was very friendly and he further suggested where to eat and where to visit ... we were definitely not disappointed by his suggestions!

The ground floor apartment was quite large, with a wide dining room, large bedrooms and bathroom. The private parking area is just in front of the house. Every room has air conditioning. The structure's location in Frascineto allows you to easily move toward Civita and other places in the Pollino mountains.
The structure does not have a common room, they bring breakfast inside your room - which is not a problem, apart being a kind awkward. Also, the apartment had a kitchen but not a freezer, and some housewares were not as clean as they could be - maybe they don't expected us to use the kitchen at all.

we spent one night at b&b esperanca after attending a wedding in castrovillari. Check in was smooth. Room met our expectation, the bathroom was surprisingly large! Owner is very nice and made sure we had breakfast at our desired time. Appreciated.

Nice little B&B. Close to highway. Good for a stayover on the way to Calabria. The Highway is noticable from in the room but with doors shut and airco it is just fine. Nice simple breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff
