I recently had the opportunity to stay at this accommodation and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. The room had some positive aspects, but there were also a few downsides worth mentioning. One of the highlights of the room was its high ceiling, which added to the overall sense of space and comfort. The room had a cozy atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to relax after a long day of exploring. The presence of an air conditioner was a welcome feature, ensuring that the room remained at a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. In terms of amenities, the room was equipped with a kettle, a safe, a mini-bar, and a television. However, it's important to note that the television lacked popular Smart TV applications such as YouTube and Netflix, which could be disappointing for those who enjoy streaming their favorite shows and movies. While complimentary internet was available, its speed left much to be desired. Faster internet was available at an additional cost, but it was relatively expensive. This could be a drawback for travelers who rely on a reliable and fast internet connection for work or entertainment. The windows in the room overlooked a courtyard wall. Given that this was a standard room, the view was as expected and not a major issue. The room was cleaned daily, and I was impressed by the quick and thorough housekeeping service. Moving on to the bathroom, it was spacious and featured a bathtub, which was a nice touch for those who enjoy a relaxing soak. The presence of a bidet was convenient, and the provided shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion were appreciated. However, there were a couple of downsides in the bathroom. The ventilation system was not functional, which led to some humidity buildup. Additionally, the drainage in the bathtub was not effective, which could be inconvenient during showers.

Perfection. This is a great hotel in a very beautiful part of the city. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast, very nice gym, in which I really enjoyed working out. Good laundry service when we needed it. Clean and fresh room. We booked 3 nights at first but then we decided to stay 3 more nights. It’s been a great week. The full package, really. Thank you so much! Definitively one of the best hotels we stayed in over the years of many travels. Top. I definitely recommend it.

Hotel organised a taxi from the airport, which was great, as we had had an early morning flight & were not looking forward to looking for transport on arrival. Arrived at the hotel very early but, the room was ready & the staff could not have been more accommodating. Lovely room. Paid for standard & knew that it might be on the small side but there was plenty room for the two of us. Bathroom was modern & spotlessly clean. Excellent shower & deep bath. Great choice of food at breakfast time & plenty of it. Staff continued to replenish right up to the end of service. Ate in the restaurant a couple of times. Not an extensive menu but, there was enough choice for us & both meals were excellent & very reasonably priced. Very easy to walk to all the sights & plenty transport close by, with a bus stop outside & train 10mins walk away if we wanted to go a bit further.

Could not complain about anything.

Close to the center (5-10 mins walk), clean and updated facilities, efficient staff and check in, and quiet and comfortable room.

They made me re-pay upon check in, and said that the card I paid in advance with had to be with me upon arrival (even though everything was already paid). I only carry 1-2 cards with me on trips for security/safety reasons and left the card I paid in advance with at home, so it was rather annoying to have to pay the full amount in person. They could have at least let me know beforehand or it should be clearly stated on their website/on booking.com.

Central position, ideal for visits to the centre of the city, yet in quiet place. Breakfast quite varied in choices and good quality. Good beds and linen.

The room and toilet size is rather small, ideal for business trip, rather tight for vacation needs or stays longer than two days. Machine coffee at breakfast is not the best choice for such a venue in the center of an Italian city. Harder pillow option should be provided for Personnel not too enthusiastic in attitude, yet not unpolite, very neutral No parking option, the hotel should definitely have an agreement with nearby garages, fares are sky high, as a city hotel they should provide favorable fares for guests, you are left on your own if you go with a car

The hotel was conveniently located! It's only a 15 minute ride to the airport and within walking distance to the historic city center. After visiting 7 towns in 11 days, the room was a pleasant surprise. Large twin bedroom, high ceilings, nicely appointed, good mattress, decent size bathroom and shower. The hotel staff were pleasant and Daniele was so patient and helpful talking with ITA and Delta for us. Grazie!

Please let guests know at check-in how to work the lighting. It was quite humorous trying to figure it out.

lovely location for able bodied people. smart rooms/building with comfy bed/pillows. The man working the bar was very good.

Do not stay here if you are in a wheel chair, one of our party was and the surrounding area is not conducive. on check out they attempted to charge me breakfast which we did not have, then took 5mins to validate this. Parking was a issue, could not understand the parking meter went to hotel to ask and drop off wheel chair, hotel asked for passports so walked the one minute back to the car to see a notice to pay on the windscreen! gone for less than 3 minutes.. then took over an hour to sort out and 20 minute walk to town as the meter was outdated.. terrible way to start. staff did not really help or care and said park in the one that’s said completo.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Got some good recommendations for some local authentic dining and landmarks. Clean and well fitted room. Great location.

Thermostat in room was locked at 18C during the day and 21C during the evening (but it takes a lot to reach that temperature). Personally, this was too low for my comfort. Would be nice to unlock thermostat so people can adjust with at least 2-3 degrees.

Room was spacious, bright with big bathroom. Room had plenty of power outlets as well as additional USB outlets. Two pillows to choose, for my taste both were comfy. Very generous breakfast, any picky eater could find something to eat. A lot of fruits. Next to the hotel is beautiful park with big waterfall and great view to the city.

Our room had view to inner side of buildings, and other building windows were quite close to ours, so not much of privacy if we wanted to have natural light. Would be great if breakfast had fresh vegetable options, on our stay we had available only fresh salad leaves.

The breakfast buffet had a very good selection and, the staff were very attentive. They had delicious gluten free croissants fresh from the oven 👍😋 They offer a free drink at the bar or mini bar if you opt to skip the housekeeping 👍 Dispensers for the hand soap, shampoo and body lotion are much better for the environment 👍

The bathroom should have a sliding door, the regular door bumps into the toilet when open. The body lotion is too thin and doesn't absorb very well
