Hotel Caesar Palace

The room with small couch, table and chairs was spacious for 2 people. The pool and deck are very large to accommodate a great number of people without feeling cramped. The buffet meals were excellent with a lot of variety.

The only back draw in staying in this all-inclusive family resort is the type of clientèle it attracts. By that, I mean, some families are very loud and don’t respect their surroundings. One example, some parents were just watching as their young sons picked fruit from the small trees and threw them in the fountain at the back of the property. This is by no means a criticism about the property but rather some of their guests.

To be honest, i was bit suspicious about not being close to the beach, but you dont have to worry about that at all. There are frequent shuttle buses to the beach and you have free access (2 sunbeds 1 umbrella). All of the staff were great, always smiling and helpful. Animator team was awesome, every single one of them were very good at their job(special thanks to Leandro, Denzel and Sara). Facilities were a bit old but very well maintained and very clean. Food was delicious, there were sufficient selection of alcohol, all inclusive recommended. All in all, I would definitely recommend here to anyone who is going to giardini naxos. If I ever come here again I am not staying anywhere else.

We had such a lovely week at Hotel Ceasar Palace. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived as I had read mixed reviews. The pool area is beautiful and so clean. I am really fussy when it comes to pools but the temperature and cleanliness was honestly perfect so a big well done to the staff for the upkeep. During the day they had activities. We enjoyed the exercise class in the pool, it was a good mood lifter and a good little playlist. The slushies at the pool were great in the heat, and very reasonably priced. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had a lovely balcony too. We found there were a lot of wasps attached to the greenery but they never actually came into our rooms or even on the balcony area so they weren’t a problem. Betty at the kids club was just absolutely brilliant. She is so patient and welcoming. Our little girl loved her! There was a young blonde lady who hosted the exercise groups at the pool and I can honestly say she was the happiest, most motivated staff member I’ve ever seen. Finishing late but ready to go again the following day with a smile on her face. All the staff looked happy to be there and were so helpful. Location wise it is good. There’s a free shuttle but also there’s a bus (more like a coach though) that runs to Taormina right outside the hotel.

My only criticisms were the resort card fee. I was aware of it before we arrived however I can imagine it is quite annoying for people who arrive and don’t expect it. I feel like this could just be added into the hotel cost rather than annoy people with charges. One other minor thing is that the cocktails could be much much better at the bar. I found they were too strong to drink/ just not very nice. Frozen daiquiris would have topped off the holiday!

I like this hotel. We stayed 5 nights. We get a nice room with a big and perfect balcony. The shuttle bus to the beach is good and fast. The hotel is 15 minute from Recanati bus stop. The staff is friendly and help you with all. The breakfast is good with fruits and vegetables and also vegan milk. We take also the diner in the hotel 2 nights and was also good and a lot( especially wensday evening was a sea food theme). The pool is big and nice. The room was clean every day perfectly. You must pay a club tax around 5 euro per person but I think is ok, you get the bed and the umbrela on the beach and the shuttle bus. I will come returne here

Considering the size and the depth of the pool, lifeguards should not be distracted and music should be played at a lower volume as there was an incident where someone shouting for help was not heard straight away. Limited car parking spaces

Breakfast was superb as was dinner each evening. the pool area was very spacious and clean as was the pool. The room first class excellent location overlooking pool area.

We thought that English being a world wide language more of the staff in hotel could have the language.

Breakfast was very abundant, including English breakfast too. Two pools available, one as a splash pool for kids and another larger one. The room was very spacious, ac switched on and very clean.

More deckchairs available near the large pool would have helped. And availability to buy food during the whole day.

The grass that covers the whole building is very nice and makes it special. The b’fast was amazing and the terrace was very nice. The pool was huge and nice. They had a shuttle bus service to the beach.

They lacked sunbeds and the interior needs refurbishment.

I could not connect to wifi with my Apple device and no one could resolve it.

I was traveling with my parents and my mother in law and they gave us the rooms with connecting terrace it was amazing. The b’fast was very good not always you find Italians serving English b’fast.
