The rooms are simple but have everything you need. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The dinners were well-priced and the rooms are comfortable. Very close to the airport which is convenient.

The hotel is quite far from the town (about 4km) and there is no public transportation. But it's a straight road and easy enough to navigate. Breakfast was a bit basic but the coffee was great. The rooms do not have kettles or tea/coffee.

Excellent location for the airport. The reception team were so friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was plentiful and with a good variety of fruit, cake, yogurt and coffee, juices etc.

The rooms were not so clean. The carpets were filthy in two of the rooms we stayed in and the rooms need some updating generally. Some of the rooms also back on to a railway track so this was not great on our first night when we needed sleep ahead of a long drive the next day.

It’s overlooking the sea and has comfortable rooms. We stayed 1 night as we wanted to stay close to the airport and a late check out which they arranged for us (only when rooms are available) at a fair price. Everyone was super friendly and helpful as well.

Pillows can be better. A pity that it is next to a railway although we couldn’t hear the trains with the windows closed.

The staff at the hotel are really friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is amazing and so is the free parking on the property. Very happy with the cleanliness of the room.

On the internet it said that the pool was closed, however it was perfectly clean and very inviting. Even though it was cold, it would have been great to have brought our swimming suit to take a dip!

The staff! The breakfasts...cannot fault their service and our room was always cleaned beautifully! The views are also amazing...olive groves and the sea!!

Hotel maybe needs a lick of paint here and there! And they insist on people wearing caps in the pool...watched a bald man put one on ...very funny...could do with some English channels on TV too.

Staff were absolutely friendly, helped me with every request I made. 5 stars for the staff! The breakfast was good, the coffee was good, and delicious pastries. The bed was comfy.

The location is terrible. THIS IS NOT BARI. I was absolutely misinformed, and 'San Matteo' is not a village or something, it is just 10 buildings in a radius of 500m. You have to come by car, or the buses are unpredictable and there's no real schedule for that. There's no beach on that side, only the other hotel has. The room faced the trainline which was super noisy, and ugly, not that beautiful as the other side which faced the beach. There was no door on the shower cabin. The fitted carpet was used and absolutely untidy. So to say, the hotel is only 3 stars.

It's an Ibis and as such is at par with what you expect from an Ibis. Reasonable quality at reasonable price. Good facilities such as bar, smoking area a sea view terrace and secure car park.

Pity for the train track right behind. Didn't bither me but may be annoying. Room could do with a revamp but for an Ibis I thought was similar to other Ibis I stayed before.

The staff was really friendly, everything was ok. Beautiful view from the rooms. Perfect for one night if you have to be near there.

The hotel was a bit old and not very beautiful, but when we got a room that smelled like smoke we immediately got a new room. The room was very clean, even if old. I feel the staff made up for the shortcomings of the building.

Arrived really late on a cold wet and windy evening after a late flight into Bari. Nothing was too much trouble for the receptionist who made us feel very welcome and made us warm drinks. We had a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel was nice and warm. We had a good breakfast the next day with coffees made to order in a sea view dining room. An excellent stay around would highly recommend to anyone.

Nothing everything was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Quite close to the airport, it costs about 30 euro with a taxi. The staff are nice and helpful. Good breakfast with a nice view of the sea. Very big car parking with shadow.

Slippery tiles around the pool, be advised to move slowly and carefully. Remind the children about that danger.
