The room is beautiful with unique decor. Very well located! Unexpected welcome treats and very generous and tasty breakfast. Great hosts.

We were travelling with a 2 year old. When searching on booking for a place for two adults and a 2 year old, this place appeared. We asked for a crib for our 2 year old in advance and it was provided. However, the crib was for babies up to 6 months old, our child did not fit in it and we had to share the bed. This was uncomfortable, I could hardly sleep.

My stay at Relais Santa Maria could not have been better! Upon arrival I was met by the lovely Francesco and Sara just outside the old town. They found a parking space and helped me with my luggage. A short walk led to my accommodation for the next two days. Spacious, super clean, comfortable and rustic in the best sense of the word. Martina Franca in august is rather touristic so it is very nice to be in a quiet street yet two steps away from the lively squares with tons of bars and restaurants. In the morning Sara brought me the best breakfast ever with everything the region is famous for. If you are searching for a place to stay in Martina Franca, look no further: go here!!!

Warm friendly hosts, bounding with enthusiasm and care for their guests. Room was a cute little "cave" fully refitted with updated bathroom and great shower, double sinks and very nice fixtures. Good lighting throughout the facility, with a mini-split for cooling and in-floor heating. Very generous breakfast delivered to your room, with lots of choices (don't miss the local focaccia with tomatoes!).

Property is exceptionally clean, comfortable, a few metres from the charming centro storico. best breakfast during our 20 days in Italy. Sara and Francesco are two of the nicest mist kind and helpful people we gave met so far. the room is wonderful.

Francesco was an exceptional host. He was in contact in advance by WhatsApp and met us to show us where to park our car and carried our luggage to the b&b. This was in the heart of the old city and very convenient for visiting all the sights, restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was delivered at the time we chose and contained a range of delicious local delicacies. Nothing was too much trouble for Francesco.

Everything suited us- we especially liked it’s quirky character.

Fantastic interior. High quality materials. Quirky and the design was skillful. Someone had thought of everything to make it an exceptional interior. Breakfast was endless. Our hosts were so helpful and kind.

Church bells from 0700. Strange drains late at night. We stayed 2 nights and the lack of natural light and free flowing air was missed.

Amazing place. You feel like your home. Francisco and Sarah made our stay special ❤️, in finding parking space, picking up, check in and out was smooth. Breakfast is so freshly delivered at doorstep every morning ( they ask you about your preferences the night before). Super convenient location to discover Martina Franca and neighbouring towns ( we had a rented car). We will definitely come back here. 6 out of 5 stars.

Perfect location. very nice decor of the apartment. Fantastic service from the hostess and fantastic breakfast delivered to our doorstep every morning. You really feel that the hostess will go the extra mile to make your stay perfect - thank you, Sara.

We loved Martina Franca and this gorgeous little room. It had all the comforts of a hotel with breakfast brought to your door each morning with the convenience of self catering having its own entrance onto the street. Sara was lovely and looked up buses to Ostuni for us.

I loved the room and and the decor. It had a boutique feel about. Very elegant. I loved the breakfast and how they catered for my wishes. Pretty cool how they reliever it to your room. The kindness and hospitality of Francesco and Sara were so lovely. They know how to treat their guests with kind gestures. I am so glad I ended my trip with this B&B.
