The room we stayed in was perfect for two people and we loved the rooftop terrace with the pool and views of the ocean. The reception staff was also very accommodating when we arrived. Our taxi driver dropped us off on the opposite site of the Old Town (even though we tried to explain that the location was on the other side), one of the reception staff came to pick us up so that we didn't need to drag our heavy luggage on a hot day. Our room was boho-chic and we loved the location of the B&B. We also arranged a car-hire through them for dinner in the Polignano area (20 minutes north) which they provided drop off and pick up. They also provided airport transfer service to Bari which was 50 euros one way. Overall, it was a lovely stay for 1 night, and we wish we had stayed longer because of how beautiful Monopoli was.

The housekeeping staff only left 1 roll of toilet paper. We contacted the reception staff on WhatsApp who instructed us to look behind the desk for supplies, but we were unable to find any. We ran into other guests staying at the B&B and they were also needing toilet paper. Unfortunately, we were unable to find any toilet paper but did manage to find napkins. Hopefully they can have a stock of supplies for guests here.

Great location, really nice and helpful staff and the upstairs terrace is stunning and a great place to relax. The bed was really comfortable and there was a nice sea view. Enjoyed our time at Bellavista and Monopoli.

Although the staff in the morning do their utmost to keep the noise down when making breakfast our bed was probably no more than 9 feet from reception and the door is just too thin. I think you really just need to invest in a heavy sound proof door as I know this will be a complaint from nearly every guest who stays in the rooms around the reception. Also, the shower situation is just a bit odd, I’m not sure why there just using a normal shower, I didn’t mind too much but my wife found it difficult. Breakfast could be better but we didn’t mind going out for ours.

It’s position is by far the best in monopoly it’s pool is lovely has amazing views at breakfast even better than the don ferente next door we stayed in both and this was far my favourite. Over all I loved this hotel and would highly recommend it the rooms with a sea view is a must you can hear the sea all night the breakfast was beautiful . This hotel made my stay in monopoli

We had one issue were our friends from next door came over to look at our hotel to compare it to theirs and they were told to leave due to Covid ..... but yet there was a photos shoot around the pool and all those people were not staying at our hotel . .i know this because I asked

the staff was so helpful. they were able to get a hair stylist last minute to do my hair for a wedding , had recommendations for Covid test locations , drivers , etc. I messaged them through what’s app and they always replied within minutes. breakfast is also huge and fantastic

my only wish is that our room had a full shower as opposed to the shower hose in a bath (I think other rooms had showers though )

good location and the top terrace was great. room was comfortable and bed was comfy. lots of towels and bathroom bits to use

lack of proper shower in place of jet bath which I would never use parking could be an issue and we tried to use your secure parking which wasn’t available to us

Great venue and loved the circular bed. The roof top and pool were exceptional and we enjoyed having our breakfast on the roof. Sky TV was a bonus and the location and views were exceptional.

An enclosed shower as well as the bath would have been nice.

A stunning location and rooftop view, i was very impressed and very much enjoyed spending the days sitting on the rooftop staring out at the sea relaxing in complete peace and serenity, especially perfect as i had travelled alone. Even though the weather was becoming cooler i could still enjoy the rooftop. The breakfast was offered on the roof and was plentiful and tasty. I swam in the sea everyday which was less than 5mins walk to the closest beach which was perfect. Also try the little cafe near the beach, perfect for food and drinks at anytime, very friendly. The room was vey comfortable and the jacuzzi bath was a treat. The staff at Bella Vista in particular were super friendly and really helpful allowing me to check-in early and use the rooftop after i checked out due to a late flight. I would happily return to the hotel and recommend to my friends. Lovely, peaceful and tranquil break on the Puglian coast

My room didnt have a balcony, only a street view, so it felt a little dark. But still a great room and facilities

Had a room right on the sea. With a balcony. Beautiful view of the sea. Location in old city is perfect. Near the beach. Lovely place to stay. Would go back

The staff was lovely and helpful. The panoramic view was wonderful.

The breakfast was a bit plain. The jacuzzi should be replaced with a shower. The coffee machine was not working.
