The apartment is very nice. Super well furnished, designed with style and geared for comfort. Great views of the square and the lake can be admired from the windows. Also, the staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and readily available, both cleaners and management, at all times. The cleanliness in both the apartment and the common areas was impeccable. The terrace on the top floor has the best view you can possibly imagine.

The walls and windows are pretty thin. You do hear what is happening in the square, and especially adjacent rooms (including upstairs), a bit too much. It wasn't always easy to sleep at night. Also, I feel the kitchen should come with some basics like a kitchen towel, salt and pepper, oil, and dish soap.

The view from the terraces and roof are wonderful! Spacious with comfortable beds and on the bottom floor of the building is a fantastic cafe. He town is quaint and has very few tourists even in the summer and it is a close drive to lago Bolsena which is great fun for swimming and boating. Comunicative staff, easy reception. We would stay here again!

There was air conditioning in only one of the bedrooms and the other room was uncomfortably hot as was the kitchen. When housekeeping came to make up beds they turned the AC off so the whole place was overheated when we came back to our room.

My stay at Palazzo Frigo was marvelous beyond words. The location is perfect, overlooking the fountain in the main square. My room was beautiful, full of air and light. My favorite part of the hotel was the the rooftop terrace, which has a marvelous view of the lake and the town. Sitting up there at night looking at the stars and speaking about love and life was my favorite part of my entire trip to Italy. The hotel director, Alessandro, is especially kind, helpful and generous. I highly recommend you stay at this divine hotel!

Well located in the Piazza Vittorio Emmanuel, this room is close to coffee bars, shopping and the main historic and cultural sites in the city. We enjoyed a comfortable bed with nice pillows, and slept well thanks to the whisper quiet AC. The best feature of the room is definitely the spacious bathroom, with a large walk-in shower that provides excellent water pressure, lots of hot water complemented by very nice, plush towels. One of the real highlights of our stay was the warm and gracious hospitality provided by Alessandro. He was easy to communicate with by WhatsApp in advance of our arrival, and made arrangements for us to drop our bags in the secure lobby when we arrived early.

There is a small refrigerator in the room, which while functional (after we plugged it in) rather annoyingly kept cutting in and out with more noise than one would like. The biggest shortcoming of the room is the lack of a coffee machine of any kind. In our seven weeks in Italy we’ve come to expect at least a pod coffee machine for making a quick espresso (or two) during our stay.

The privacy and freedom like using your own home yet a very friendly reception upon arrival and easy to contact host at any time of day and night. The location and easy part of the day free parking are perfect. Nice spacious rooms.

Nothing to dislike. We’ve had a perfect 4 nights stay at hotel.

Excellent stay. Our host Alessandro was very nice and polite. The property style is very lucrative.

It was some problem to find the location, though we used GPS address. It have to be explained with more details how to identify the location and entrance. When making the booking we suggested to find a kitchenette, but actually found a small fridge and kettle only without any sink.

Apartment with Luxurious large rooms and kitchen facilities in a perfect location of the town.Parking very nearby as are some fine restaurants and the places of interest. Very welcoming and friendly reception.

There was nothing to dislike, we’ve had three perfect nights here with our children.

This room was massive, more like an apartment. Well equipped. Bathroom was huge, had a jacuzzi for 2. Great location on the piazza, lovely balcony. Host was very helpful and spoke great English. We had access to the street through a private entrance, so very convenient to go to and from the room.

Nothing - all perfect!

We loved it! We had a 2 bedroom appartment, huge, perfectly clean, nicely equipped. Perfect location. Stunning views. Important: we considered the parking paid per hour. But was no problem at all! It is only paid from 9 am to 2 pm. At this time, we drove for sightseing anyway. We stayed for 4 days and ended up paying nothing at all. We can recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful room and location - our 2 bedroom suite had a lovely balcony and view over the Piazza. Modern and spacious interior. After a long day walking the Via Francigina, the spa bath was just heaven. The views from the rooftop terrace were stunning.
