Palazzo Vasarri - Luxury design suites

This hotel is centrally located. It is a very small boutique property. I would recommend the Firenze room as it has a small balcony. There are at least 4 VERY good restaurants within a few blocks. The train/bus station is only one block away. There is no breakfast service at this property but they do provide a breakfast voucher which is good at two small bakeries that are both within one block. Very easy! They also have parking available only 1 block away at no additional charge. The staff at this hotel were amazing!!! They help me significantly with the things I wanted to accomplish. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family!!!

The location was great; easy walking distance from the train station and close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Breakfast was a coupon to use at one of two local cafes. Staff was friendly and helpful, although they didn't speak much English

The only complaint we had was that the shower didn't drain well, so we had to keep turning the water off in order not to flood the bathroom, which we did by accident one day.

The rooms and hotel was clean. The location was very good specially for dinner in the evening. Gabrielle and Sonia were very helpful even get us our dinner reservations in the 2 restaurants near the hotel. We just had to walk. And the food was really good!

Breakfast you can choose in 2 coffee houses. We tried one but the only thing is we were charged for the extra capuccino that i had. Since i had 2 of them and she said one coffee is only included. But one day before was no extra charge. And also the sweets was charged too which is kind of odd since breakfast is basically a buffet elsewhere. They need to improve with the quality of breakfast that has to be included.

Loved the modern amenities. The decor was absolutely beautiful. Thank you to Caterina for running our heavy suitcases up the stairs. The AC was great and much appreciated. Top knotch would definitely come here next time ! The breakfast place was cute and the girl was really sweet. Everything was fresh daily. Very happy with everything!

Nice modern and comfortable rooms in an ancient, week kept high-level palace right in the main street, closed to traffic. Spacey rooms with all facilities. Friendly staff.

Not easily reachable by car. You could be fined, unless you get a permit (ask for it in case). Our room had a door to the bathroom which was difficult to open and noisy. But nothing really inconvenient..

The room was spotless clean and everything as described or better. New renovation completed with beautiful Italian style. If I return I will definitely stay again.

Nothing to dislike

Beautiful decor, great size room, perfect locale, large bathroom, huge closet.

No food service inside the establishment so breakfast vouchers were provided.. Good breakfast at one of the two suggested cafe's. However, the Shabby Cafe, which was named as one of the two breakfast cafe's, did not accept the voucher.

beautiful rooms , very comfortable and clean. I slept like a baby every night . would definitely stay again if I come back to the area. host was very helpful with any requests and great communication

Comfortable automated check-in with simple video explanation, perfect location just near the railway station and city center. The room corresponds to provided description.
