Great location, close to everything! A lot of space in the house Very comfortable and clean The owner is amazing: provided early check-in, answered all my questions, served amazing breakfast with Martinucci freshly baked croissants Except the room, there are other places to be at the house: kitchen, terrace, so you fill food there

Everything is good. One minor thing is that it is ground floor and you do not have the view of something impressive. Otherwise, all good.

Mario was the most amazing host with tremendous local knowledge (well needed because the locals hardly speak English). He also helped us find a place change the tyres on the car. The villa is in excellent location, close to the city centre. He also recommended beautiful beaches, booked boat cruise and restaurants - don’t miss the one in the Piazza of Patu. Our dog loved his garden with 300 types of cactus. Our dirty clothes were also washed.

The breakfast was always the same.

Mario is a wonderful host. He lives there and makes sure you have a great stay. He gave us advice on what to see, where to it, and son on. Everything we needed he helped us kindly. The house is beautiful, nicely decorated and with everything you need. Very clean. Breakfast is delicious!

The host Mario was exceptional with his knowledge and history of the area, places to visit, where best to eat etc. Breakfast was special with local specialities to taste and a cheerful Mario ensuring you had all you needed and fully informed for your onward journey.

Everything was good.

The host is an amazing guy who knows a lot about the area and how to take a good care of the guests. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed our stay there.

everything was perfect. The only little inconvenience is that the bathrooms are outside the rooms so you have to go out of your bedroom for taking shower or using the bathroom.

Our stay at villa Ines was lovely. Its a stones throw from the town, beach front, shops etc. Our host was kind and helpful and even booked us into a great restaurant for new years eve and provided us with a map of the area and brief history of the town. Will definitely go back.

Rooms were a nice size, but the winter garden and other shared spaces were plenty. Very friendly host. Few minutes walk from the beach and all restaurants. Definitely recommeneded.

Nothing, all was tip top

A beautiful place to stay in a top location! Everything was very clean and tidy. The boss is a genuine man and very friendly, gives you all the information you need and will help you with anything you want. A very cosy terrace and a really nice breakfast.

Excellent location with private parking. Lovely comfy room with a private bathroom. Just a short walk to the harbour and into town. A boat trip to the caves is not to be missed.

The place was clean, central and the breakfast extremely generous. The real added value of the booking is Mario: he is the person that everybody traveling in Apulia should meet. Mario has great positive energy, passion and have tons of info about what to visit nearby and he is ready to help you if anything is needed (he suggested us to go for aperitivo in San Gregorio,amazing!!)
