Nearly everything for breakfast is homemade or directly from the bakery. High end expresso machine there also. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Literally 3 minute walk from Municipio Metro stop, 10 minutes walk to ferry/cruise ship port, and 15 minutes to Centro Storico. Ideal location with 3 incredible restaurants within 5 minutes walk...Stritt Stritt restaurant you can hit with a stone from your balcony. Not easy to find - must use the physical address of hotel and do not expect to find a sign. Worth the momentary fear you cannot find the hotel. It is on the third floor of a classical old building with 10 meter high ceilings.

our room was called "Gesù Nuovo", it was really big with a big bathroom, a sauna bath, some really nice relaxing and colurful lights and a usefull light behind the glass (perfect for selfies). The room was clean, no noise from the street and really big. The breakfast was good with some really tasty home made cake. And the personnel is very kind If you are a couple there's a sexy shop really close to the building.

the "Gesù Nuovo" room is really close to the breakfast hall so starting from 7. in the morning we head some noise, the window is on the internal cohurt of the building which is nice but not so well kept . The hotel is not so easy to find but if you call they are really hepful and also restaurant in the same street know where the hotel is. Moreover the reception is not active 24 hours but only from 7 in the morning until 2 in the afternoon.

The hotel is located on one of the best places in Naples. Close to all main landmarks also close to the center, old city ,to the main shopping area and many restaurants around. The staff was really friendly and helpful especially the girl at the breakfast and also the guy at the reception. The breakfast was so delicious. The room was clean and so nice. The bed was really comfortable.And the bathroom is big and you have everything that you need in it. Definitely recommend this place!

One thing we didn't like was that on some towels and on the sheets there was dirty spots . I assuming that those spots can't be washed because the sheets was smelling fresh and nice but definitely you have to throw them away.

We were received well by the owner who gave us all the information we asked for. The room was better than I expected. I t had the usual tea and coffee making facility plus a fridge with drinks in it. There was one armchair and a coffee table. The bed was memory foam type and very comfortable. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower (not one of the cubicles that are too small to move around in). It had modern WC, bidet and wash basin. The best bit was the sauna also in the bathroom. I would have given full marks except for the small step into the shower on which I banged my toe. Breakfast consisted of scrambled egg, bacon toast, hams, salami and cheese. Cereals, croissants and homemade cakes. Tea, coffee and fruit juices. The exterior of the place was being decorated but that did not bother us.

Loved our one night here. The room exceeded our expectation, massive balcony outside, very clean space, aircon worked a treat, mini fridge with drinks, lots of space for bags, close location to ferry and metro, bathroom was perfect.

Drain in the shower wasn’t the greatest, a pool gathered at feet when showering because the drain was extremely slow. Breakfast was standard, but the portions of things were very low so you didn’t want to take much because other guests were there as well.

Great location near Municipio piazza and metro. Close to the water for excursions and transit. Our room also had a very large terrace. Breakfast was great and the entire staff was truly accommodating.

The entrance, which serves several businesses, was industrial and a bit dark. There was security, but not always present. Also, we have never seen a pay-to-use elevator before. The hotel provides coins, but still it is different and a little weird.

The room exceeded our expectations - the bed was comfy and the bathroom was huge and recently renovated with double sinks and a giant tiled rain shower with multiple shower heads. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating and helpful when we had to check in late (past 9pm) due to delays in transportation by providing self check-in directions but then also staying late to make sure we made it. Breakfast was delicious and a bonus we forgot was included! The location is excellent and close to the port where you can take a ferry or a bus to the train station/airport.

The location is very covenient and the metro is just by the entrance. The room is good and it had a small balcony (not with a nice view, but enough to seat and chill).

The pay-per-ride elevator is truly surreal. It's not about the 50 cents you need to pay. It's about the concept itself. The hotel is located on a flat in an old building and can be challenging to find it at first.

Very good location. Few steps from metro , 100m from the port and Alibus stop. Good breakfast . Very friendly staff.

One of the bedside lamps in our room was out of order. I notified the staff , but no one fixed it during 3 days. The room has a terrace , but it's impossible to use it due to the repair of the building.

Centrally located. Easy to get the airport bus and a short 5 min walk to hotel. Helpful staff. Could do with a new iron as it leaked. Very nice breakfast. Good size rooms and lovely bathroom. Air con worked well. Loads of restaurants around and a wonderful supermarket not far away.

Tricky to find as it’s only one floor of a larger building. So a small sign on the gate.
