Apartment was very good, nice and clean. but the building was a bit old style and no lift for first floor. Anna from the Random BnB was very helpful. She was always available and coordinated very well during our stay.

Everything was good and Anna from staff team member was very friendly and helpful. Anna helped us in booking taxi for early morning drop to the airport as well. I recommend this place and a good value for money.

Location was perfect, situated in the old apartment building near the old city center, near two metro lines (red and yellow). You simply feel like a local. AC worked well, but the whole flat (kitchen, dining room) had a nice cool temperature without it (I guess it's thanks to thick walls of the building). Everything was clean, kitchen was well-equipped. I felt save during our stay. Downstairs neighbour was super nice and welcoming as well. The owner Anna was amazing - although we did not have a chance to meet in person, she was super helpful, gave us tips for great food and helped us with a taxi company. Overall, apart from scorching heat outside during our stay, it was perfect. Would recommend.

Sometimes you could hear a bit of noise in the morning, however, the street was silent after 22-23pm without any parties going on.

It was very clean and good location (nearby street market), had all facilities to cook meal. The staff was very helpful and adviced sightseeing places, permitted to store luggages before check-in and after check-out. I liked everything. If i will visit Napoli, i would choose it again.

We had a great stay in Naples! Good location, where you can fully experience the life of Naples, close to the centre and station. The room was spacious and clean, it had everything we needed for our stay. Anna was very nice and helpful! Highly recommend!

The cleaning in the bathroom was not very good. There was some hairs and dust in the floor corners and under a furniture that was in the bathroom that for me shows no proper cleaning and also there was no bag in the bin that also looked a little dirty from the inside. The rest of the bathroom looked clean.

Very comfortable stay which was perfect for our group. We had the whole apartment for ourselves and each bedroom has a bathroom. Good communication with the host and flexible with check in and out.

The host and the lady you will meet are both very nice and helpful. If there is anything missing from the accommodation, they will provide it right away. The apartment is spacious and clean and has a great location, close to two metro lines so you can get anywhere within a short period of time.

Great price value for what it offers.

At night you will hear the cars and the people outside, for me it wasn’t a problem as i was tired every night. May be an inconvinience if you have problems with sleeping.
