The place is located in a nice town called Noci. A quiet and calm town where you can have a good rest while visiting nearby towns like Arbellobello (15 mins) Locorotondo (30 mins) or Monopoli (30 mins). We took one of the suites, which has a modern furnitures with exceptionally cleanliness. On top of this, all the staff (Lorenzo and ladies at the bar, restaurant) is extremely helpful and friendly. You just feel good when you are in this hotel.

It’s not the property but if you have a car, beware about the parking lines on the street nearby the hotel. I accidentally left my cars tires on the yellow line (just the tires) then the elder members of the town called the police to write me a ticket because of this. I know its my bad, paid the 30€ ticket but the residents might have been a little more tolerant.

This vintage hotel property is located on a main street in the delightful town of Noci. Our tremendously large suite had amazing fresco painted ceilings and a wonderful bathtub to soak in while gazing at the fresco ceiling. The king bed was very comfortable. Electronic key pad was appreciated for easy access to the entry door. Don't miss the downstairs restaurant for dinner. We had one of our favorite meals of our trip to Puglia there.

The staff was the best we met on our Italian trip. We had an issue with our car and they helped us every step of the way. The inside is as beautiful as the outside, nice lounge area outside for drinks, and the rooms are beautifully designed. The hotel is also right by the beautiful historical center of Noci.

Unfortunately the AC in the room didn't work, but I'm sure it was fixed shortly after our stay.

The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. They made you feel very welcome and cared for and I greatly appreciated how well they spoke English. Thank you! The size of the suite was incredible and the artwork on the ceilings was amazing. Overlooking the weekly market in Noci and the festival was an added special bonus!

Best room iv ever got. Its a palace style .fantastic room. We stayed four nights in the upgraded room. . Excellet breakfst Excellent service Noci is very good place to stay several nights. Located in the middle of Puglia area Plenty local restaurant

The room is amazingly spacious, the facilities and location are perfect. Their restaurant food is delicious and the best breakfast we had in Italy during our holidays, including fresh orange juice!The staff is friendly and polite, and Maria and Lorenzo go the extra mile, as they are wonderful. Anything about our stay was even better and easier because of them. Thank you!

The hotel is well located in Noci, the room was nice and very original with a painting on the walls the staff is incredibly nice and very helpful ! we didn’t eat at the restaurant in the evening but the food looks yummy !

A very modern and luxurious boutique hotel and a very nice and laidback atmosphere. High quality materials, really nice bed linens, Nespresso machine in the room, very comfortable room and a super friendly staff, who make you feel their special guest. The breakfast ist the highlight!!! Totally recommend!
