Holiday Inn Nola - Naples Vulcano Buono, an IHG Hotel

There was a huge variety of options for breakfast. The beds was really comfortable. The personel was friendly and helpful. English was no problem and well-spoken. That it is located next to a mall, the options for eating and shopping without driving on the crazy streets of Italy are really good!

The pool was closed "for maintenance" and the food from the "warm dishes" on breakfast buffet was lukewarm at best. The hotel is difficult to find. Nobody expects a hotel in what appears to be a large hill. Tip: use the name of the hotel and not the street address in the email.

Great staff, very nice interior, very clean, nice breakfast (altough served by waiter because of covid), great minibar, very comfortable bed, big balcony overlooking the inner court. We felt really comfortable here and enjoyed it.

Nothing except two little details: The towles were completely changed every day. It is very nice to have fresh towles, but also really unnecessary. There is a sign that says if you want a fresh towel, you throw the used one on the floor, which we never did because we only used them once anyway. The little soaps you get in the bathroom were thrown away after we used them only a couple of times (also unnecessary) and we didnt get new ones.

Everything new, property in good shape. It’s part of mall facility where you find all shops you would need including a food court. For that region, price/performance relation is outstanding.

Location is remote and you need a car to get anywhere. Amalfi is theoretically about an hour away. However, if you don’t use a scooter it can easily become two or more hours by car due to traffic.

Rooms are comfortable. Interesting architecture.

Shuttle service to Naples could be useful for persons without cars. More attention and staff at reception can increase guests satisfaction level. Balconies are noisy perhaps due to ongoing construction or HVAC system operation. Otherwise, it would be an excellent experience to sit on the balcony.

Very nice employee, help you with everything, 3 of them have made a very good impression by helping as much as they can and being thoughtfull, this does not happen alot in italy. Clean and big bedrooms with balcony and hygienic beds of good quality.

We always stop here when we are in Campania. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, nice rooms with very good breakfast & secure parking garage. The staff are very nice and helpful Another plus is the Vulcanobuono shopping mall.

Nice air conditioned room, plenty of room for us both and our Husky. Excellent service from the friendly staff, who spoke good English. Couldn't fault the breakfast, plenty of choice and tasty!

Balcony.... Some plants in the concrete balcony would have made it nicer since it actually overlooks some shops at a distance.
