Theses are extremely basic rooms. They have no amenities but you get what you pay for. The place was clean, safe and the staff was responsive. The breakfast was basic but not unappealing. I had a good experience.

We knew this hotel was in the budget bracket but it did its job really well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Simple but clean, comfortable and welcoming rooms. The family room was great value and the breakfast was absolutely great.
Some ants got in from the balcony and were crawling all over one of our bags.

Very friendly hotel staff. Wifi connection was good. Location near by the old Town of Orvieto and also shopping center.
Hotel interior has been renovated and has basic legacy equipment. The breakfast is also very basic with no fresh bread or pastry. And also railway from the both sides of hotel, but that we have expected.

The location was quite good as it was close to the highway ( we stayed on the way north) but a little noisy with cars and trains. But the staff was very friendly and had a tasty breakfast.

The staff was friendly and the food in the hotel restaurant was very good.
The rooms rented out on both sides of our room flushed the toilets multiple times during the night and morning and it’s VERY loud and then all the horrible squealing noise from the pipes were absolutely horrible. Never again.
