At first, the host was really, really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and there's everything you need. They clean it every day thorough.There are bigger rooms with three beds and a frigerat and small rooms with two beds. Every room has an air conditioner. The restaurant in the house has a great card with delicious meals and vine. The breakfast is simple but good, and the coffee is great. All in all, the stay was nearly perfect, and we surely would come back if we're in the area again.

The bathrooms should be renovated, but everything is really clean. It would be nice if the terrace had parasols and more chairs.

easy to find. spacious breakfast area & nice breakfast.excellent coffee. the evening meal was superb, especially the local Fritto Misto, which was the best we have ever had. good prices. strongly suggest you book there way before you go, as there are no other restaurants around , as it’s booked up by the locals. the delta boat trip is a must. nice family run hotel. staff very nice. good parking, very near to boat trip stop. if you have time ,adults take the 3 hour trip, & if you have children take the shorter one, much too tedious for kids.comfortable matress.

Good location if you want to spend some time in a quite place (the city is not big or populated). 15 min from a public=free, but well mantained beach, which you reach by going through a natural parc, quite interesting to see as a bonus, but it is better t o have a car. Considering the price, the breakfast is good. It in not as in bigger hotels, a somewhat more limited choice, or more italian "style"= not too heavy, but there is a bit of choice for different diets, incl. home-baked croissants. A nice and not overpriced restaurant right in the hotel, incl. dishes and pizza.

minor things that could be improved: I think th hotel could save on water if they update the tolets (the flush is somewhat not too intense), and some cosmetic issues in the shower (otherwise it is clean and fully functional)

Spacious and comfortable room, comfortable bathroom, quiet and spacious surroundings. Tasty breakfast, but much better dinner, with fresh seafood and fish.

A bit of a strange thing about the Po delta, it is largely an agricultural area and only the coast of the bay offers lovely views, wetlands, wild birds, etc. It is a completely different area than the Danube delta, for example.

We chose this hotel for 1 night only on our journey in Italy and we were very satisfied. We had 2 rooms - one in dependance and one on the second floor in hotel. Rooms were really spacious, clean and air-condition functioned well. We traveled with dog, which was welcome here. In the evening we took a walk along the banks of the near river canal admiring the beautiful sunset. There is possibility to make a boat trip and enjoy Natural Park of river Po. Breakfast was served according to covid rules and was in Italian style. We recommend this place as great value for the money spent.

The location is ideal and quiet and everything was exactly as stated in the description.

My goodness but there are mosquitoes like I could not believe and got 18 bites just running up the 2 flights of stairs....so go prepared with Stop Bite or similar....but guess shout have guessed knowing that it is a Delta of a River and lots of "marsh" style areas...

I could recommend this hotel, parking is included in the price, very delicious breakfast, gluten tolerant menu is also available, room was very clean. perfect value for the price. From down sides- poor sound isolation and guests with kids, they were running in the corridor as elephants as on playground

Excellent accommodation for motorcyclists in Porto Tolle. The accommodation is good, the breakfast is excellent, parking for motorbikes in the courtyard of the accommodation. They have an open-air restaurant with great food and a bar. I recommend!

Great location, okay restaurant, okay room. Good for the price.

They allow dogs but there's a 10€ surcharge, which is understandable especially for the price. The fan in the room is very loud on the max setting.

We enjoyed our one night stay. Everything was even better in real, the room was enough big enough and comfortable. The restaurant menu was also offering much of choice, everything we tried was fresh and delicious.
