There was very friendly and nice Italian woman on a reception desk, service was very good. Free beach near the hotel and pretty good breakfast.
Sometimes there was a russian woman on the reception desk and she was very impolite with me, when I refused to speak russian with her. I hope you can imagine how uncomfortable is this situation for Ukrainians. I think it would be nice, if administration of the hotel could have a conversation on this topic so that guests could feel themselves in safety during the vacation.

Like any other hotel in Rimini, this one is just a few minutes away from the beach. The lady at the reception gave as a coupon for a discount at the payed beach lounge, which we did not use, but I guess it was a nice touch. The room was very clean and had a good air conditioning. The breakfast was just ok.
The hotel is a bit far from the city center. It is no problem for a day at the beach, but you have to do bit of extra planning getting to the central train station/airport/etc. At the time of our stay the reception was at the other hotel (on the other side of the street) which was a little strange. The Wi-Fi signal at the top floor is basically non-existent.

Good location, close to the beach (around 5 minute walk), but about 40 minute walk to main town/market area. Clean. Great breakfast, good choice of pastries, toast, juices and coffee.
Walls very thin, can hear what people in the room next to you and hallway are saying clearly. Single room balcony only has 1 chair, no table.

Reception and breakfast was at another hotel, which was weird. We were almost alone in a hotel and lobby always empty.
