The room was a lot bigger and comfy than we were expecting. It was also very pretty. The location of the property is really convenient: it's 8 minutes by car from the center of Sperlonga, it has private parking and it's in a very quiet area. Breakfast was really good, the host even had soy milk and made me a super cappuccino!

It is very clean and comfortable.

It is not in walking distance to anywhere, the owner offers the service of a driver but that driver was late and made us miss our train and tickets.

A very nice and cozy room, everything was clean and nice. Extra pillows and a good conditioner.

Not the best location, but very quiet.

The breakfast was okay. With some juices, cakes and fruits. It was very generous to have the option of vegan breakfast. When I commented that I was vegan, they immediately brought me vegan options.

It would be better if we can enter the room before 3pm and maybe if we can stay a bit more in the morning, before the check-out. Instead of leaving before 10 am, at least until 12 would be good.

We booked another apartment on another location and just before the check in we received a WhatsApp notification that we will live in Villa Del Mar Sperlonga holiday rooms. This place is located near the road so it was quite loud at night. Breakfasts are totally same every day. Staff doesn’t speak English properly. However Villa Del Mar has some pros. The apartment was very clean and nice. It was fully equipped with everything you need for the stay, big free parking, not far away from the sea

The payment was a bit weird. I needed to leave early in the morning but only at 10am someone would have been around. I was asked either to leave money in cash on the table or give my CVC credit card number via Whatsapp. I left money in cash on the table....

The villa is nice

We arrived there and the room was not cleaned after the previous customer. I tried contacting the host several times,since it was a self check-in, but no answer. After one hour the host contacted me,after Booking managed to reach them and his attitude was very bad. Didn’t believe that the room was not clean until I showed him pictures, and didn’t even say one simple sorry for the inconvenience. It can happen that the room is not clean,because it’s normal to make mistakes. But the attitude and the behaviour of the host were unacceptable. I tried reaching them 5 days in advance on all possible channels (Booking, WA ) and no reply.

That the staff tried to make the stay a bit better for us. Clean rooms, nice garden.

A lot of bad things. Wrong description of the ammenities and what is accessible to the rooms. No kitchen, no in room seating area, no chairs or sofas in the garden. Did not accept amex even though they said they would. Inappropriate bed for a 2yrs old, either a baby cot or a proper extra bed.
