Palazzo Leti provides beautifully decorated accommodation in a characterful historic residence with period furnishings, five minutes walk from the cathedral. It is situated within an enclosed walled space in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Upper Town; there are fabulous views of both the castle (Rocca Albornoziana) and the thickly wooded slopes of Monteluco from its garden terrace. Good buffet breakfast with coffee made to order can be eaten outside in the garden or indoors, dependent on the weather. An honesty bar is provided for those who like a nightcap. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal. Front of house staff, Anna and Massimo, and the ladies who look after the breakfast arrangements, could not have been more friendly and helpful - very professional. Great place, memorable stay!

Mattress a bit too firm for these old bones!

I liked almost everything: atmosphere, beauty of the place, garden, breakfast, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, location, facilities.

The mattress was too hard for me so I didn't sleep as well as I would have liked.

The hotel is a gem at the heart of Spoleto. An old, but well maintained property srounded with beutifull garden. It really feeels like you are in a magical time where prince/s were living there.. In fact it was a palace owned by a wealth n family.. The decoration of the hotel is lovely, the room was big enough with a beutifulll view. Breakfast was sufficient, served with nice dishes, we could also take our breakfast at the wonderfull garden. The whole atmosphere was magical. Staff were extremely kind and efficient. Highly recommanded!!

Just a small tip: If you are driving a car in Spoletto, make sure it's a reasonable size car.. we had Volvo station and it was a real challange driving in the smalll streets.

Breakfast is either served in the dining room or weather permitting, outside in the garden. It was always extremely fresh and was served on china with silverware - beautiful. The rooms are tastefully appointed, very comfortable and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! We would stay here again, it’s quite lovely!

This magnificent setting initially took our breath away. Our host, in his quiet, understated elegance, created a calm that resonated throughout our visit which had an air of magic about it

There was nothing to dislike

Location, close to the Duomo, Piazza Mercato, etc Staffing extremely nice and helpful. allowing us an early checkin and a late checkout.

Time for breakfast limited (until 10) we skipped as we were late the night for a wedding. As it was on Sunday, it would have been great to have until 11.30/12. Bathrooms may need to be renovated..

The hotel was conveniently located in the upper town but was very quiet. The beautiful garden had great views across the valley and into the mountains. The young woman at he front desk was extremely informative and accommodating.

It was a bit of a challenge to get to the hotel from the underground parking garage but the location made it worthwhile.

Beautiful location in the heart of Spoleto and with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly helpful.

The location was perfect for exploring Spoleto. The garden where we ate breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful. We would return.
