Thank you to Carlos and the CP Resort team for letting us check in 4 hours early as we needed to drop our dog off before heading into an important meeting. We also needed to add one more night to our stay and the process was seamless. The facilities were super clean and very modern. The self-check in system is great, but the best part is the the super easy check out, I wish all other hotels were like this!

Unfortunately no grass patch and place for dog waste at or near the hotel. The bistro has beer on tap which is great, but the food is so bleh, better to check out the grotto up in the hills 15 mins from the hotel.

Modern, comfortable, easy check-in, enough parking spots, comfy bed, modern bathroom. I'd come again.

To my surprise the use of the kitchen would have cost CHF 18 / day. A large note is placed over the sink. If I book a certain apartment, I expect that I could use the entire apartment for the price. Even if the use of the kitchen came at an extra fee, this should be a one-off fee and pointed out upfront.

While it might not boast elegance, the quality of the rooms was undoubtedly impressive. The decor was simple yet cozy, creating an inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of the CP resort is the presence of a fully-equipped kitchen. Despite its location in what appears to be an industrial area, I was pleasantly surprised by how serene and quiet the surroundings were. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free and the complimentary parking was a definite bonus, eliminating the stress of finding a spot for your vehicle. While the CP Resort is situated a bit far from the main city centers, it's remarkably well-connected and easily reachable by car.

I recently stayed at the CP Resort Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant/Bistrot, which offered a delicious and varied menu, along with excellent service. I also appreciated the hotel's location, which was convenient for exploring the city and easily accessible from the airport. Overall, I highly recommend the CP Resort Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable stay in the city.

Apartment building operated without any reception staff in a commercial area not too far from Lugano. Check-in is fully automated by a machine. The room was nice and had a good size, with mostly practical interior and little decoration. Good for an overnight stay during our trip to Italy or as an apartment during a business trip, but would not feel like a holiday place to me.

The host seems to run a horse breeding next door, and the floor to the apartments reminded me a bit of a middle aisle in a horse stable. Some decoration would be nice. The alcohol-based cleaning products left a distinct smell throughout the room.

Self check-in 24/7 very easy and quick. The apartment was extremely clean and in order, with all basic furniture and equipment you need. It is also modern and beautiful. I didn't try the breakfast, but It was available at the Bistrot. I recommend It for business trips, but not only.

There is no contact with the staff if you appreciate it. But for my needs It was absolutely not a problem because everything went smooth.

would have been great to have an elevator. the steps are hard carrying on the suitcases the apt. was great except for the shower had a dangerous step up and for elderly people its not good it doesn't have anything you can hold on

- location can be reached with car, but not sure with public transport - a bit far from major tourist attraction

every thing is good, it was one night and really good and comfortable, easy check in.

the electric socket not Europe and not UK it’s new to me we had a little problem with it.

Brand new structure well furnished. Large, welcoming apartments equipped with all comforts. Very good delicate scent in the rooms Convenient locations to reach both by car and by train. Very nice staff. Fantastic breakfast and bistro
