Sentido Michelizia Tropea Resort

We ended a 2 week trip at the resort, the place was really nice, but we were some of the youngest guests. They seem to get a lot of tour groups and such. We had a car so we didn't utilize the shuttle and explored towns around such as Brattiro and Pizzo based on recomendations by locals. The bar was wonderful by the pool and lunch was delicious (get the pesto trofie and the salads)! We ate dinner at local restaraunts in the area so I can't speak on the actual dinner at the resort.

The pool was quite cold (the temps were in the low 80's outside) however this may be an Italian thing with unheated pools as another stay in Puglia was the same and the pool is deep for anyone with young kids - about 5 feet. Grab some floats at the nearby shops and you're ready to go!

Pool, amazing breakfast, rooms were spacious ( comfort room booked for 3 people) and great location. Good shuttle service. Overall, great resort. Very modern! Would definitely recommend 👌

*Shuttle coming back to resort should offer some later times in the evening. We walked back most nights (15-20min) so it's not bad. But it's an incline, so get ready to sweat a bit. *Pack your own towel for the pool. $5 euro for each towel. This should be advertised properly. Towels should be free of charge for guests to use? They don't allow the room towels to be used there either. *Mirror inside closet was dirty ( never cleaned once within my stay). *Some floor areas were still dirty and not thoroughly mopped. The same spots were there for our whole stay.

There was no noise in the room - which is very important for me. The Breakfast was good with great catering staff. The receptionists were great. The cleaning ladies were great too. The room was fine. The bed was wonderful.

Starting the Breakfast at 7:30 am is sometimes a bit too late - most hotels (like Ibis) start Breakfast at 6:00 am. The shower-cabin is very small but since we are not overweight we were able to fit in there (but barely). The floor in the shower-cabin was extremely slippery - but we never fell. The 10 minute walk into the town centre is partly beautiful but there is mostly no sidewalk for pedestrians so it is important to walk very carefully to avoid getting hit by a car.

The staff especially those at the reception were extremely helpful and lovely. It was my 50th birthday and the Manager surprised me with a wonderful cake! Everything exceeded my expectation from the wonderful staff to the pool and restaurant. Provided me with and made dinner reservations every evening. Shuttle to the Blanca Beach was always on time and a great service. Will definitely be back! Many thanks to the entire staff for all their thoughtfulness and professionalism.

A wonderful resort away from the hustle and bustle of Tropea. The resort offered everything. The pool was incredible.

They will charge you more than the economy for everything. The towels for the pool were $5 each and the buffet underwhelming but was a big plus as we were hungry and desperate.

The shuttle to the beach was a great service to be offered, I liked the various options I had for breakfast. a nice and peaceful place, with amazing services, I would come back for sure.

The room I was given is quite too small, though it is tidy and clean. The bedsheets were never changed once during my visit, and I noticed a lot of left hair on the sheets! Also, the provided shampoo bottles were not replaced one day before my last day, it made me feel like I became a less important guest.

- location was convenient to us, but it is a bit of a walk to the city center. - breakfast was really nice - overall resort is cute, pool is nice - we got a room with a huge terrace which was nice

- room was super small - bathroom with shower was also super small - cleanliness was ok, but the room is so small so all the additional furniture was totally not ok for the room size - you can hear everything in the morning what's happening outside the door

The property was spacious and had great parking and a big pool area. It’s walking distance to the town so perfect for dinners in the evenings.

Our room was very small and quite boxed in and there was a very steep ramp to walk down to the main building and pool. The bathroom was a good size but there was nowhere to put anything and no fan so it got a bit hot and steamy

Lovely resort, the personal was very nice and helpful, especially the beautiful Isabella from reception. It's fairly close to the city center, a pleasant 600 meter walk, free parking, lovely breakfast.

Their beach is 20 minutes away, not by the resort. No sidewalk to walk on when going to the city center, can be dangerous on these narrow streets where traffic comes both ways.

Staff at hotel are great, very friendly and helpful especially Domenic @ the reception. The hotel is really nice.

Lido Blanca Beach staff are not helpful and the lido is in one of the worst beaches of Tropea
