Fantastic location: beautiful landscape and comfortable access to all destinations we were looking for (Firenze, Pisa, Bolgheri, Volterra etc.). Against the high-season in Italy the site did not seem to be crowded due to its large area. The pool was a perfect alternative to the sea which was in few minutes driving distance. We also liked the availability of services like the optional breakfast and self-service drink & food bar, bikes, self-service laundry, private terrace, playground for kids. It was our top family vacation so far, we will surely return.

The place was excellent & well-maintained. all staff we met were amiable & kind. The swimming pool was well maintained & very clean. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. receptionist was a very nice lady & friendly & professional. housekeeping was very friendly & did a great works.

Very nice apartments, clean and towels provided. Outside the apartment is a nice playground enabling kids to play while you can sit back with a glass of wine and watch. The pool is 28C and gated so all very child friendly and safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This small boutique resort is a hidden gem! We will certainly come back.

Heated pool, luxury apartments with heating, child friendly and safe.

The whole environment was just beautiful, the pool in the day had a great vibe and in the evening, even though you are eating in your own garden there’s a feeling of community kind of like you’re eating out.

The cocktail machine didn’t work and no-one knew how to help, also we would have preferred to pay directly for what we bought at the honesty bar with our card as was explained at the beginning but it always had to be put on our room. Then the last small thing was that our dining table in the garden was so wobbly but we kept forgetting to mention it while we were there so that would have been fixed I’m sure 😊

Very nice and friendly people. Our daughter really enjoyed being able to move freely around the large grounds with other children and that there were plenty of play opportunities for her. We always had the feeling that she was safe. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Downstairs apartment is so well organized … all the amenities necessary for a long stay and incredibly helpful staff make this a perfect holiday experience.

upstairs apartment doesn’t work. Bed looks into a cupboard and the TV is on the opposite wall.

Big park und large swimming pool Calm and relaxing

Kitchen not well equipped. Only strict minimum Life guard at swimming pool was only watching his phone.

The apartments are clean and well equipped, comfortable beds and lovely bathroom with a good shower. The heated pool is brilliant and the playground is lovely.

The breakfast is not very comprehensive, and they should serve it until 11am not 10 am. The checkout should be also at 11 am.
