Check in was smooth, we were on the top floor or loft, with large bedroom, sitting room and balcony overlooking the city beach and terrace. There was excellent coffee, tea, and treats available each day as well as yogurt in the fridge.
There are 52 steps from the street to the top floor.

Small B&B on the harbour front in beautiful Vieste. We had the apartment on the top floor, which has a terrace with great sea views. The room is very spacious, the beds comfortable, and there is a separate sitting area. Breakfast is simple but very cheap. Owners were very nice and helpful.
The stairs are very steep, and have very high steps, so climbing to our apartment was a bit cumbersome (for heavy luggage, there is a chair-lift).

Responsive host that went above and beyond to help us out. Beautiful property and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and good quality AC. Hot water and water pressure also good. Location is prime for those that wish to be in the midst of the action.
These are more just important info vs negatives. Being in such a good location means two things: some of the street noise can be heard later at night but it’s not terrible. The street alongside the building is closed to all cars after 8pm so as long as you arrive before that you can park right there. Otherwise it’s a short walk to parking near the port.

I like that when Antonio saw us struggling, he offered another location, same price. He is my hero!
I'm sorry we somehow missed the pics of the stairs. Other locations warned of stairs but we managed them. These would have been very bad for us and I thank you again for offering your private space.

We were met by the owner who helped with our luggage and took us to the free parking lot. Very nice person and very friendly. The hotel is in a perfect location and the views are amazing.
