Mitsui Garden is always a firm favourite when I travel for work in Japan. It's clean, comfy, bigger than most hotel rooms and has a very nice environment. In Tokyo the Mitsui Gardens are always a bit out of my price range, but this Mitsui Garden was reasonably priced for the night.
It would be great if there was a hotel bar. Travelling for work often means that you work long hours and dont really spend anytime in the hotel. It is always great when there is a bar for you to go to after work that is open until 11 or 12pm, so you can unwind before you go to sleep.

All of the staff were very professional and helpful. Fast communication via booking .com message system. Location was perfect for transportation and shopping. Everything you need is within a walking distance. It will be even better when the direct shuttle to and from Narita Airport resume with more trips (they only make a few trip per day). A lot of outdoor eating places near the hotel to choose from if your prefer (even the food court at the station mall has a large outdoor eating area). Hotel room, lobby, elevator, public restroom etc. were all super clean and secure. I will definitely stay here again!

Strongly recommended to me for my visit to IPMU. Great location - right next to Kashiwa station and about 10-15 min walk to IPMU. Very clean and nice room. Has public bath (onsen) in hotel, although I was too jet lagged to use it. Nice/helpful staff. Good value.
Breakfast not included, but there is on-site restaurant (about 1300 Yen for buffet).

Nice hotel, freshly built, large bedroom, comfortable, clean, quiet. Close to shopping mall - restaurants, supermaket and shops - and train station. Frequent trains for Tsukuba or Tokyo. Nice public bath in the hotel.

The location is perfect. pretty near the Tsukuba Express station. I stayed here for more than 20 nights and therefore the room type was different from the normal one for tourists staying less than 7 nights.

I really like the spa facilities they have here and the rooms are spacious. Nice bath, comfortable bed, lots of nearby dining options. They also offer a solid buffet breakfast.

The Hotel is near the station and in a beautiful position considering Kashiwanoha. Hotel is super clean and rooms are spacious. I used just one night but was super good.
