Comfort Hotel Hamamatsu

The staff are friendly especially the cleaning Filipina ladies who became my friends. I even featured the hotel in my you tube channel Sheng Jhing Kai , I also love reading different kind of books while eating breakfast.

the aircon is too direct to the bed, and it made me sick. at the first day I thought the food was nice, but staying for 5 days , it was always the same food everyday. And in my first night the rain was pouring hard and i need to buy food outside because there is nothing to buy inside the hotel and when i ask for an umbrella, the staff gave me a good for kindergarten size of umbrella that didn't help at all. It was too small to even cover my slim body. l was all wet as well as my Louis Vuitton bag.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was amazing and the dining hall was available for use after service period, which was really good as the rooms weren't suited for group hang outs. They have a really amazing luggage storage system - similar to coin lockers and free to use.

This hotel is awesome! The building seems to be new, so everything is nice and new and clean. I was surprised by how large my room was! The breakfast buffet had many options and was delicious, plus it was included. The location is close to the station and easy to find. I had a great stay and would stay here again.

It's not really the fault of the hotel, but during check in in the evening it was a bit busy, and people were waiting to check in and milling around or waiting in the lobby. It wasn't clear who was in line to check in and who wasn't, and I saw some people were confused about the line, including me.

Comfort Hotel Hamamatsu provided a cozy and comfortable room. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. The hotel's convenient location near transportation hubs and local attractions made exploring the city hassle-free.

Just was a fine hotel to stay at.

Every day the hotel offers many different foods for breakfast, either western or Japanese cuisine. The selection of foods changes day by day, so for a longer stay there's the option to have varied foods for breakfast on different days. The bathtub was deep and more spacious than in other hotels in Japan. The housekeeping did a thorough job and paid attention to detail. The staff was very kind and attentive. Being quick to great the guests and answer questions.

The bed was a bit hard and the blanket got very hot at times. The bathroom was a bit cramped, so going to the toilet isn't a very comfortable experience. Other than that, most of my expectations were exceeded.

It's spotless! Amazingly very clean , there's a lot of public 24 hours parking lot near, restaurants too and convenience store . And i love that the room has a white flourescent! Because most of the hotels always has this weird yellow lights 😐 And I'll definitely be going back here again soon

The door lock with the card key , i had trouble opening the door it takes like 10 to 14 minutes to be able to open it ugh , if the card key is just like tapping on the door lock everything would be amazing in this hotel.

best location, all are near by. can be connected with any part of country by sinkan / bus / train from this hotel

As per other countries will include 2 clothes as free cleaning per day per person, if he stays more than 4 days. Otherwise all was good

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was exceptional! The common room/eating area was great and the breakfast food was excellent. The convenient location of the hotel couldn't have been better!

A greater variety of refreshments, eg cappaccino or flat white coffee, would have been appreciated.

Breakfast need more option as very limited for those who don't want bread or Japanese dish in breakfast.

please provide water bottle , AC remote in english version , TV no international or english channel , either payable may be . so its look like no use

The breakfast provided at no extra charge was outstanding! The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The area provided near the foyer for guests to relax, surf the Internet, drink free coffee and tea, and meet with friends was great.

I didn't find anywhere where I could collect extra toothpaste and/or toothbrushes; only one per guest was delivered to each room, daily.
