APA Hotel Tennoji-Ekimae

location is perfect, room was good and the luggage handling was good.

staff didn't speak English at all, they couldn't book a taxi to the airport, just said no. Weird, isn`t it? We did book a room via Booking.com, since the hotel is using Booking.com, we perceived hotel`s receptionists must speak English somehow. But, they all didn`t speak English, seemingly, all Chinese staff who speak Japanese only and not helpful at all, not willing to help as well.

1. Location, it is next to Tennoji Station, and there is a Don Don Donki supermarket nearby, you could buy supplies from there easily. 2. Breakfast was good. 3. Reception staff was nice, and able to communicate with English. 4. The room is comfortable, and we enjoyed a lot.

Location was great. Staff was good too. I messaged them to put me in a room away from the track noise after reading the reviews. I was given the top floor facing the street and there wasn't any noise at all.

Rooms were small. I expected it though so it barely made an impact on my trip. Bed was also too soft.

The room was small but comfortable. The TV was big and had a great selection of movies to watch. Suuuper close to the bus and train station.

The hotel is currently being remodelled, so construction work could be heard during the day but didn't disturb my sleep. I imagine the remodelling will improve the slightly dated rooms.

Location is perfect for foreigners. We stayed on the 14th floor with the very nice view! Staff are very kind and friendly!. Some reviews say that noises of trains and traffic are terrible but they didn’t bother us. We rather enjoyed them since they are a part of the Osaka life😊

Room was kinda small which is common for hotels in the APA group. Couldn’t change the channels of TV for some reason…

Very close to tennoji station, Q's mall, harukas. Easy to order pizza to your room.

Walls are a bit thin, you can tell the building is worn out a bit from patchwork repair on the walls, slightly dirty carpets, rickety elevator. The meal tickets were a bit more expensive than I think they should be, but convenient and delicious.

Great location. Train station nearby. Clean rooms. Wifi available. Friendly hotel staff. Reasonable price.

Rooms are small but that is common in Japan.

Directions could be more elaborated. If bringing huge luggages, the walk from Tennoji Eki should go thru exit 7, cross anti clockwise for a quarter portion of the circular pedestrain walkway and head into the first building and then exiting through level 1. There dont have to carry 2x 25kgs luggage up or down the steps.

Check out time is 10am is too early, normally for hotel check out is 11am, but this hotel require early check out, for those who wish to stay late, is not recommend for this hotel, other then that all facilities is good

Near to main train station and Malls. All the staffs are very helpful and nice. Breakfast is nice Japanese Bento
