The staff at this hotel exceeded my expectations with their exceptional friendliness and warmth. The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The onsen experience was nothing short of amazing, particularly the outdoor one, which added an extra layer of tranquility and charm. Additionally, the hotel's strategic location, just a mere 2 minutes away from Wakkanai station, made it incredibly convenient for our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its superb service, well-maintained facilities, and convenient proximity to transportation.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The onsen was wonderful! It was clean and relaxing and there were 3 pools. A hot one and cold one inside and a medium temperature one outdoors. The room itself was a typical small Japanese business hotel but the lobby offered free coffee from 5:30am. They let us keep our bicycles in a room off the garage which was very nice of them.

I wonder if Wakkanai gets more foreigners and that's why they aren't as friendly but having travelled through Rumoi, Haboro and Teshio where the service was outstanding and friendly it made the staff here seem more standoffish. But they are still friendlier than most in the US so I am not complaining.

Awesome location. Literally visible from the JR Wakkanai station. Close to banks, a few restaurants, but best to buy groceries at the Seicomart in the JR station. The parking services even made accommodation to lock my bike up (not necessary but was raining heavily). Hotel provided gowns and shoes, vending machines on most floors, free ice machines, and a good aircon (not really necessary either).

Key system for the doors is old school lock-and-key, as is the slightly confusing room power system (requires you insert the plastic part of the key into it).

Perfect location, within walking distance to JR station and convenience store. The hotel provided supper at night and coffee machines at lobby. There weres an onsen on the 10th floor, and they also provided free hokkaido milk ice cream for hotel guests. Room size was spacious. Staff was friendly too. The glass bottled milk in the vending machine was delicious and cannot be found anywhere else in hokkaido, must buy to try it!!

There is nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect.

We stayed here for 2 nights on November 2023. Excellent hotel facilites includes Indoor and rooftop Onsen, free laundry, free office, free noodles at night. Staffs are very polite and cheerful. Although they cannot communicate with English, they try their best to use translation tools and body language to explain various issues with you. Walk 10 mins to Wakkanai JR station very convenient.

Nothing to complaint

Onsen was very good, and the outdoor one provided the perfect combination of very cold fresh air and nice hot water. Breakfast buffet is the best one I've had so far this trip. An onsen is a must for me, as there's nothing like a hot bath, especially in winter, to relax after a big day of travelling/exploring, and again to start the next day. I also had a good view from room. Service was excellent.

Room is small, but I'll overlook that because everything else was perfect.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and my room was great! Enjoyed the 10th floor Onsen very much! I like really like the fact this hotel participates in the sustainability program and doesn’t waste energy/water cleaning the rooms/bedding unnecessarily wasting valuable resources which is the main reason I chose this property!

The very best location, 2 blocks from train station Great Japanese bath. Fantastic, humongous Japanese-Western breakfast.

They charged, by the hour, by the person for a 2 hour extended checkout. It was the middle of a storm and are train did not depart until 1 PM

Rooftop onsen in snowfall, and how quiet it was when I used it (seems more men were staying at time so I was lucky it was so quiet) Comfortable rooms and great views. Window would open for quickly refreshing the air/ improving ventilation. Good sized fridge and kettle. Staff excellent.
