Comfort Hotel Suites

The whole experience was one I will never forget. I have visited many countries over the years, but the hospitality in this hotel is truly unmatched. The staff is unlike anything I have ever seen, some of the nicest people I have ever met. The hotel is extremely clean and the cleaners are always available if you ever need anything at all. The location is wonderful -- It's not a loud area and you can Uber anywhere you want which will cost you around 2-3 dinar (less than $5). Once you call the Uber, he will be there in a matter of 2-3 minutes since the location is great. I will definitely be staying here in my next visit to Amman.

The location is one of the biggest attributes of Comfort Hotel Suites. As I used to live in Amman some time ago, I pretty much knew the location, and I was hoping it would be great for my visit, however, I must say that I discovered that there is more to it. Perfectly located if you want to taste Amman first hand and use it as your base to discover Amman and nearby places if you are doing daily excursions. The first thing when I checked in was that the hotel upgraded me to a bigger suite, which is nice to feel welcomed. The young gentleman at the reception, Mr. Abdallah, (sorry if misspelled) welcomed me, informed me of the upgrade, and assisted to get my bags moved. My first impression of the room was as it was described, with a spacious bedroom, living room with a couch, and well-equipped kitchenette for quick meals or coffee/tea. I knew there is a pub downstairs, and you can use the backdoor for quick access. Must mention the gentlemen who are taking care of the cleanliness in the room, all of them were great, asking you if you need anything, and if you sleep a bit longer, as I did, asked to clean up, as I was leaving for a stroll. Must mention Mr. Ali, very polite and helpful, making your room and stay feel like home. To summarize, and I'm sorry that I forgot all the names, all staff in the hotel is GREAT and will help you with anything you may need. I highly recommend the Comfort Hotel Suites for your stay, family, couple or solo. Well done !

Dust on the streets is because of the empty lots for construction. But that's the location. This would not affect the stay in the hotel. Streets could be cleaner, but with all the movement of people, it's expected to have some trash.

I Really liked this hotel, everything was so ideal. Upon arrival the receptionist Sultana was so kind, she upgraded us to a 1 bedroom apartment ! It was very spacious and clean, the housekeeping guys, Ali and Eyad were great too, whatever I needed, they got me instantly. Even the security man was so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and for sure stay there again. Thank you to the staff so much again! And the location is perfect, so many shops around with Avenue and Galleria mall so close.

I spent only 2 nights there, so I can't really judge the neighbourhood, I was there during the weekend, so it was very quiet and apparently safe. The room is very nice, a small apartment with a cozy living room/kitchenette and a separate bright bedroom. Good value for money. Staff is always kind and ready to support. Not too far from downtown (15 minutes with Uber). Several places where to eat close by, including an Irish pub just next-door.

Being a small apartment, there is no Restaurant/Bar inside the hotel. It would have been nice to have a small place just for taking breakfast. However there are options outside and also it is possible to order something in the room with the help of the reception. Wardrobe door was a bit unstable, nothing important but it might need a small fix.

Roomy suites with strong 5g Wifi. In a great location, halfway between sixth and seventh circles. Steps away from a big 24 hr bakery and very close to the Galleria Mall with several eating options on the top floor (HUGE juicy mushroom burger meals at the US Eagle for 3.50 JD). The mall has one of the largest Cartefours in the world on the lower level. We extended our stay and used this hotel as a base for two separate day trips (to Jerash and Madaba). They arranged an all-day driver for 60 JD.

The rooms are huge and comfortable. Great bed, great sofa. Bathroom is clean. Great space for 1 to 2 people. The decorations are also good.

The only thing that I'd recommend is that they fill the refrigerator at least with a water bottle. When I arrive at the hotel feeling tired, I would expect to at least find a water bottle :)

One of the best stays in Amman, we had executive suite which is very spacious and can cook as they have provided everything needed, Hassan was really sweet and made sure our stay was perfect. the interior of rooms has been exceptionally good, regret we didn’t find this property earlier as we would have loved to stay here for more. Definitely recommend this place and next time we’re in Amman we will definitely stay here. Thank you Hassan and staff.

i like the smile where you could find it everywhere in the hotel the staff are very welcoming specially the security , wifi super fast since i work online it helped me a lot , free parking , the area is close to everything restaurant banks ATMs everything by walking no car at all . i booked a luxury room was really big and beds are comfy , desk for my laptop and separate sitting area was available . So Quite ♥♥♥

i booked a room that suppose to be separate room but they give me a part of a connecting room that has a door between my room and the other room that has a guest maybe ........ maybe that's what they usually offer .

Cozy hotel with a great location, Professional Manager who know how to satisfy the customer and be fair at the same time. Cleaning was super, special thank to Mr. Ali (room maid) and his team. Some of receptionist was really nice and kind. We liked the lobby with its X-mas decorations.

Some of receptionists are provocative. old furniture, beside the hotel need a real maintenance.
