I booked this hotel for my mom and her friend, they had an interview at a US embassy. I had several questions about paying and the staff responded to me almost immediately. I could sense they are really trying. My mom and her friend loved the facility. They even used the jacuzzi and sauna. They said everyone was super friendly and breakfast was decent. The hotel also serves lunch and my mom said it was good and reasonably priced.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was huge and very comfortable, plenty of hot water in the strong shower, everything was very clean. There was a great choice of food in the breakfast buffet and the option of having eggs cooked to order; there is also a proper coffee machine. I ate a lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and very good value. There is also a bar open 24/7 open on the premises if you fancy a drink. There is an on-site spa with pool, sauna, etc; it looked very nice but I didn't visit as you need to have a swimming cap if you have long hair. The hotel is not right in the centre, but I don't mind a bit of a walk and it is only a short distance to some of the main sights, bus stop to go over the river to Baiterek, etc. and the airport/train station are a short taxi ride away.
It would have been good to have a kettle in the room and the heating was up a bit high in the room.

The room was spacious, clean, fresh and nice internal balcony closed with windows. The stuff were helpful and always responsive. The location is bit far from byterik if you are looking for the center of city. Overall it was nice experience, thanks Kazzhol.
Tea is not free, but it is very cheap.

Very gracious to the team of the hotel. First of all would like to bold very warm welcome at reception. During the days Zhanbota, Sara and today Sabina and Nozha, were so caring, honest and very helpful. I felt as a home. When it was clogging in the bathroom, immediately technical staff named Azamat stepped at my door as a superhero and saved the situation..it turned out that he was also an electrician and handle all technical issues..Its very clean and tidy..I love an interior of the room..Surely I recommend this hotel..in addition would like to thank the laundry..like magicians they have prepared my clothes within 1 and half an hour!!! Have a wonderful days dear KAZZHOL Team!

The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. There was leftovers of previous stays (see photo). We were four, however, there was only one glass in the room. Two similar beds had various blankets: one small and one large.
