Radisson Blu Hotel, Kuwait

Fantastic buffet breakfast, one of the best I have had in all my travels. Dinner buffet and Wednesday BBQ nights also great. The executive room was a bit small if you are more than one person but the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the valet parking employees do a great job at the front of the hotel.

Slightly smaller executive room than I expected. Also I thought the room bit expensive given its size and lack of view. No gift shop on site with basics or essentials. Expect some busy times during the day as the hotel is also popular with conferences and meetings etc.

Very spacious rooms, nice bathroom and good bed. The facilities are very, very good. The breakfast is amazing, staff is beyond friendly, good pools (outdoor and indoor) and sauna and steam room of complimentary use. It is a very big complex where all your expectations are met, and got a complimentary ride from and to the airport of Kuwait. Would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast is a bit pricey, but when you’ll have the chance, take it. It is among one of the best breakfasts I ever had in a hotel. :)

The whole process of check in and check out was very smooth. The hotel staff was very helpful throughout the stay .

There is nothing I did not like. Although I forgot my jacket and belt in the closet. I realized later in the night and when I called up the hotel ,they informed me that they have it . This was almost 8 hours after we had checked out . I would have loved it if they called and informed me before I called them. That should be the protocol.

Size of the room and bathroom is pretty decent, comfortable bed. Breakfast was great 👍🏻

The hair dryer was basically dead. Not sure why is it an issue in 21st century so that even 5 star hotels offering cheapest crap. And there's salon, which I thought I could use, but it's for men only(!!!!). So my hair was a bit of a headache for me to take care of, need to carry ur own hair dryer 😒

This is not my first time in this hotel. It's pleasant to stay in. It has spacious rooms and the service is quite good. I had my dinner in the hotel restaurant and I it was fair in variety but outstanding in taste.

I was given a room in the lower floor which I usually don't like. In addition, there was a sport team accommodated in the same floor which made a bit of noise for me.

overall, the hotel facility, stuff and breakfast was as expected and I was so happy in my stay and the experience I had during my holiday. Price wise was a bit high considering the rating of the hotel. However, I highly recommend staying in the hotel as it has a great location specially if someone who loves staying near the coast, also I hope to have another if I visited Kuwait again.

• Pillows. • Not all necessities was available in the room e.g. ( toothbrush, toothpaste, & slippers ). • Smell in the exit passage from lobby towards viking club. • Coffee bar near the pool only accepting direct payment and charging the room was not optional, while the nearby restaurant “ The Snack “ do charge the room.

Rooms were modern and clean. Staff were really helpful

Pool couldn’t be easily accessed from the elevator so couldn’t just go down to the pool in a robe but this is a minor issue.

Very good and varied breakfast. Very helpful staff at the hotel reception. We got a free shuttle transfer to the airport. All inquiries are resolved quickly and with commitment. The hotel is outside the city center but is easily accessible by bus or taxi.

Everything was great. Excellent view, friendly staff and great facilities. Many restaurants just walk away. Loved the authentic Korean cuisine The Kimchi. Salmiya is just a 10-minute drive away, and Mall 360 is around a 15-minute drive.
