There is nothing that i dislike about the hotel and surrounding. All are very fine with me. The water pressure are good. Housekeeping done on time and frequently, even my bedsheet and towel was change the next day. Hope can restart again the breakfast/cafe at the ground floor its really help guest to ease the time to go and search for light meal to start our day. Overall I love the hotel very much.
The hotel are a bit off in term of the upgrading. But so far it did not bother me at all as all are ok

I feel like at home. Everything is clean. The water kettle was available.ironing was just at the corridor.it was good stay

The Room. The bed . The services. All are excellent. Love it very much. Their staffs very helpful. The location easy to access to the Kluang town. Take note : No breakfast during PKP. We had our dinner and breakfast at the restaurants and Mamaks' nearby. Parking is superb - just infront of the hotel. Dont Forget to buy coupons for parking. Next door is the Shell Petrol Station.
Take Note: Cups n saucers are available in the room. But 2in1 coffee are not provided. Get some if you need to have hot drinks in the room. Buy at the nearby shops or at the shell station next door.
