3-Plus Hotel

Love The honesty & reliable staff. On 02/09 morning I drop one of my most importnt gold ring in the room without noticing that i bring it along during my vacation. When i got back in the middle of the night, the ring was on my dressing table. Thank you so much kak hawati for being a responsible person on that day. if somebody else took it i probably wouldnt even Notice it anyway. So im very2x gratefull for the honesty. Upon my cekout the front office staff also asked Me if i left any purse at the lobby the day bfore. And it was indeed mine haha. Thank god they were alert. Coz my office access card was inside the PURSE.

On 01/09 my bed sheet were unchanged & only tuck half way, the duvet also being left on the bed with out being fold in the bed. The staff didnt pick up the Used towel on the sink & didnt top up the utility. On 02/09 the staff is better, she was on point and make sure the room is cleaned & everything is changed & toped up. It was very spacious, clean and equipped with kitchen amenities that you can use. The location was strategic where you can easily look for food. If you wish to stay a bit far from city, go here. 😁

I wish the staff can be convenient upon our arrival as i had arrived much earlier then what i expected but the staff insisted that i can only checked in accordingly to what i had informed earlier as per our conversation through email. The rest was ok. Definitely would come again in future.😁

What you see/saw was actually what you get..bilik yang sesuai dengan apa yg digambar, staff yg friendly and helpful.

Everything actually nice, but i wish ada dinyatakan di website/apps agoda/booking the amount of deposit money.

I like that when we actually arrive early than the check in time bcause i actually forgot the check in time and the staff work on our room immediately even we said that we will wait and the staff let us check in early..im so grateful for that after a long drive.

If you guys provide the small refrigerator.much better.so our drinks n chocolate will be cold and froze

This is a great transit hotel just over the road from the Inanam bus stop - 2 minutes walk. It feels high end, the rooms are clean, big and comfortable. Air conditioning works really well, TV, tea and coffee, hot and cold water from a water dispenser in the hallway. Nice big shower, toiletries provided, very spacious lobby areas, staff were really welcoming and friendly. There are loads of shops, restaurants and a couple of ATMs close by.

if you plan to do shopping in KK...this place is quite far from the city. but if you plan to go to other place such as kundasang on the next day..tamparuli...kudat...this is the right spot for you to stay a night before your adventure. the apartment for the family room is very very huge and luasssss maybe the hotel can add a washing machine in a apartment. maybe?

The staff is friendly and accommodating, it was really comfortable from check-in to check out. The room was quite spacious. The water pressure was good! It was also food delivery friendly! There's qiblah direction, the light is comfortable it's not too bright nor too dim. there's a water heater on every level and iron can be provided upon request. I have I lovely stay and I do hope to visit again.

There's no label to indicate the heater usage. like whether to turn the handle to the right for hot/cold water. it was difficult for me cause the hot water is really hot. There's no snack bar or mini convenience store inside the hotel as it was a hassle to go out to buy some snacks.

We really enjoyed the size and cleanness of the bedroom. The wifi is fast. The bathroom is equipped with supplies, and the shower has a strong pressure. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. A bunch of shops, and restaurants, are near the hotel.

In regards to the WIFI, you can only have 1 voucher for two devices. It may be enough or not according to how many people sleep in the bedroom.
