A simple, but no disturbing environment to spend a night with a standard price and accommodation facilities, but location is just nice because it located exactly in between to walk to Bukit Bintang or to walk to Petaling street
Nothing to dislike but for sure will give a like to the customer service because of they very professional services, and I think this is the part of important thing and I think the dislike normally is majority to complain of this but this hotel is the different

No movie channel on TV 😔 For the best interest of this hotel as many tourist might be coming after border open on 1st April, I just want to let the hotel mgmnt know that yr hotel is nice, but you hv to look into insect fumigation issue because there were a lot of small tiny cockroaches that might be due to many empty rooms due to the long pandemic ✌️🙃

I found hair in the toilet on my bed inside the bucket and in the morning I face a cockroach in room 505. the bin in front of the elevator is full of garbage. During the walkway, I smell smoking.
