Very nice and clean hotel. Good packed breakfast

Housekeeping left my door opened at 11.00am when I was outside of the hotel. They should not have done that when my belongings including my laptop were inside the room. They kept on knocking on the door at 11.30am when checkout is at 12.00pm

Beds were comfortable, TV was alright. Shower wasn't as strong as I would have liked it to be. Overall stay was nice. Pretty close to the beach and very close to malls. All in all a pretty good place to stay as it's close to a pretty good amount of locations to hang out at and chill.

Didn't like the breakfast buffet, personally based on my taste, it was a rice dish, a noodle dish, an omelette station, cereals and milk. It was alright but I'd exclude the breakfast option if/when I go there again. There's a lot of food around the hotel to choose from.

I highly recommend Rocana Hotel for your stay in Kuantan. The staff were friendly and efficient.Room clean, bed pillow very comfortable. My only recommendation is to have a plug near the bed, bin in the room instead of going to toilet and a bar of soap at the vanity top in the toilet. Keep it up. V satisfied.

hotel parking is very very limited. customer need to park quite far away and need to pack the local authority parking fees during day time.

Your male staff grouping around the breakfast area. A bit not comfortable for female guests till i need to change my mind to get breakfast there 😞

Quietness Next to Kuantan mall. Superb location. Not people congested like bigger hotels. Decent breakfast buffet spread. Just nice to start the day. Staff are forever helpful and courteous. Room service meals are delicious and affordable, last call 5.30pm Hot water shower is truly hot and strong water pressure, even for top floor. Thick towels and scented! Refreshing and wonderful smell. TV channels are sufficient. Axn, news, cinemax, NatGeo, sports. Free basement parking albeit narrow and limited bays.

2 lifts establishment. One is out of service, temporarily. With current covid SOP only 3 pax allowed; It takes a bit of waiting though. That's it. Worth every penny.

the location is superb !! walking distance to the mall (Kuantan city mall ) , the staff is good , and tasty breakfast , I have nasi goreng tomyam , sambal , ayam goreng for my breakfast , the taste is excellent!!!!

my room 212 , a bit old , no carpet in the room at least provide slipper , no hand wash at the sink so if you want to wash your hand need to go to shower and pump a body wash Instead . No face towel …;)

the room is spacious and clean and very comfortable... the bathroom also very clean and nice too :))

the room that i get is too near with the pub.. hence we've some disturbance with the beats and noise at night although our room is at level 3, and the music only stops when approaching between 4am to 5am
