Hotel Santa Fe Loreto by Villa Group

The facilities were very clean! The staff were available, extremely friendly and accessible. They spoke english to me often, which was helpful. I was able to have an extra blanket as there was unseasonably cool weather. The high ceilings and kitchenettes were a nice touch. The hot water in the shower was good. The corner store made excellent coffee and had lots of essentials. The pizza from the restaurant is the best deal in town for feeding the three of us all together. The next door steak house was also excellent with wonderful service - hard to beat locally sourced mesquite wood blend for the grill - the chef was available and informative. Overall I would visit this location again as I don't mind walking to town and enjoy seeing people other than tourists.

The neighborhood was a little farther from the centre but the hot tub made up for it. There was no wifi in the rooms and it would sometimes discontinue the connection and require a complete reset to connect again in the central area of the suite. The doors between the rooms were locked from both sides but transparent for sound. The kitchenettes could have used a few more small things like wine glasses and salt/pepper. The rooms would have benefited from a comfort chair. The sun didn't reach down to the pool very much but the wind did, but the weather was cool while we were there so this could actually be a feature in very warm weather.

Great heated pool and hot tub. Incredible breakfast at the restaurant. So convenient to have supermarket and laundromat. Location was 20 minute walk from the center, with incredible birria tacos next door, playground across the street, and conveniently across from the bus station, and on the road towards the airport.

Very poor WiFi - I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned in other reviews. The WiFi is only available in public areas. The Booking.com listing says they have baby cots but they do not. Beds are small.

It's a great place to stay. They have many employees cleaning and very helpful and they all wear masks. The hotel is in a perfect location. It has a restaurant with delicious food. And a small market. They even have a laundry mat. Which I love. The pool is clean and perfect. Our room was on the fourth floor. Perfect if you don't want noise from the pool area. Both our rooms had a kitchen and equip with everything you need. Housekeeping Josephina was amazing. She went out of her way to provide excellent service. We stood there for 7 days. Will be coming back in November.

I felt like my bed was too hard. But that can probably be me. As my other family members did not complain. But other than that. I love this hotel and recommend it.

Location, COVID standards, wonderful staff, great restaurant! spacious (except the shower) and extremely clean rooms! Fabulous Pool! safe parking area.

Bed 🥴 extremely soft and claustrophobic shower enclosure.

Hot tub is great. The room is always clean.

No bread toaster. You can see the other room through the connecting door. Noises of people passing by the room can be heard at all times.

This hotel was nice with available parking in front of the hotel and a nice pool. Really liked having a kitchen in the room. Stocked for exactly 2 persons. Bed was soft and comfortable. Ceiling fan in the room. Lots of closets and in room safe. Had some issues with AC the first night, but the desk quickly address maintenance issues.

The WiFi was weak and it was difficult to get on and it was slow even just for email. Forget anything more intensive than that. Even cellular service was weak for some reason in the hotel. Walls are thin. You can hear the TVs thru the wall and phone conversations. You get one day of coffee and bottled water for your entire stay. No soap for the kitchen sink to wash the dishes.

That the internet was not good enough to get on a couple of times. Also that some of the families were messy around the pool, yet there was no trash can nearby to use.

Nicely designed hotel with exceptional pool and courtyard. Feels like a spa and rooms are modern yet homey with mini-kitchens.

Danzante sales desk is obnoxious and our lasagna wasn't edible. (But we still love the hotel!)

Staff was courteous and helpful. Location was ideal--close to plaza, and close to airport. Easy to park, easy to shop, easy to get to the airport.

Those fancy door locks are tricky and hard to work!
