Centrally located to dozens of restaurants & shops. Easy walking distance to most. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful & professional. The room was super clean, bed very comfortable. All amenities were working. They even allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot before check in so we could take a walk around town and get some lunch. When we had a difficult time with the TV remote, the staff showed us how to use it and also that there were 4 San Diego channels in English, should we want to see (sort of) local news.

It's not just this hotel, but many I have encountered that have complicated remotes for the TV and TV's with no sleep timer. Not a complaint, but an observation, the shower door did not shut completely, allowing water to get on the bathroom floor. No mini fridge.

This is a great location for walking around the downtown, tourist area of Ensenada. Tons of shopping, restaurants, bars nearby - along with the waterfront area - all within walking distance. The rooms are consistently comfortable and clean. The breakfast is at a nearby traditional restaurant with lovely areas to dine - from outdoor seating to a small cafe to an indoor Old Mexico style dining room. There is a small jacuzzi, a swimming pool and a 2nd floor patio for hanging out. A nice little retreat.

We have stayed here many times over the years, at least once each summer. We have also brought groups of travellers here. We have no complaints.

Proximity to shopping and restaurants...very safe for a solo female traveler...great restaurant just across the street..excellent for French dining and delicious breakfast in the morning...

Not being on first floor...no handicap parking available...needed instructions on how to watch TV and have guide available in the room...not able to watch much tv at night or get local/international news...very frustrating...should have senior rates for over 65...

Great place to stay. The water was hot, beds comfortable. Room service was fast. I thought it would be noisy because it had a patio on the street, but no. I slept well.

The Elevator had a broken button, and the a/c made too much noise. I just turned it off. We didn't need it.

In the heart of downtown conveniently located.

False advertisement. The breakfast wasn’t included as specified when the reservation was made. Very disappointed, we stayed at this particular hotel and always have honored their advertisement.

I especially appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I mostly communicated with the staff at the front desk, but also housekeeping and restaurant staff. Each person helped make my day a little brighter.

I wish I had brought a bathing suit. I didn't realize there was a pool and also a hot tub.

Very quiet and I really appreciated the dispenseries in the bathroom. Love when a hotel is concerned about the enviorment.

Parking is available onsite, however if you have a fullsized vehicle or have limited skill backing out of a narrow parking space back to the road, then this is not the parking lot for you.

Love the staff, feels very safe. My lab puppy felt very secure he didn’t waste any time laying on the cold tile flooring. The king sized bed was comfy too and came with beautiful hand carved wood and upholstered head board. Very simple room but super clean. We checked in after midnight and the gentleman in the lobby even helped us with my suitcase and got us all loaded in to the elevator and to our door. That’s why Mexico will always be my favorite place, the people who welcome you:)

The room was very well decorated, clean, and spacious. The included breakfast at the restaurant across the street was great.

I could hear the outside clearly even with the windows closed, so the birds made it hard to sleep in the morning. Also, the gym was quite small and not as nice as pictures made it look.

My husband and I booked a quick get away to Ensenada and we were blown away by the cleanliness of this hotel and the beds were super comfortable! The staff is amazing and super sweet! Super safe. Parking is a bit tight but that was seriously not even an issue our car is pretty compact. Hotel offers free breakfast at the restaurant across the street and the service and breakfast will not disappoint you. We will definitely be back.
