La Joya Pachuca

The hotel was so nice and location was perfect that we actually added two more days to our stay. .The two extra days that we added included breakfast. Their breakfast was delicious. The personnel in general was super attentive and courteous. I highly recommend La Jolla.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Breakfast service was great. Veronica and another lady assisting, WERE BOTH excellent! However, there was an older server who had somewhat of an unpleasant attitude.

Not that I didn't like but it would have been better IF BELL BOY OR FRONT DESK knew a bit more about a transportation service named KOLORS which stops in the parking lot of the hotel DAILY. I understand it is not part of your operation but as a customer service in the hotel industry, ONE MUST KNOW of all tourist services available for the Quality Inn guests. KOLORS and URBAN appear to be a nice alternative to the ADO bus service to travel from Pachuca to Mexico city for a more direct service instead of the bus which stops a lot!

I liked everything about this hotel! We stayed here only for one night but it was probably the best sleep I had in a long time. Beds were very comfortable and also the pillows. The room was very clean! I am a bit of a clean freak and this place exceded my expectations. Staff was a bit quiet but friendly enough, the bell boy was super friendly and very helpful.

I suppose if they had a restaurant within the hotel would be nice but Samborns is right there so not much they can improve on, they were great.

Having worked with Choice Hotel's at one point in my 42 years in the Hotel Industry, I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel.....Also, I can venture to state that this property meets all the standards to actually upgrade to a "CLARION" franchise hotel with Choice. In my personal and professional opinion, it is at a higher level than a Quality. Enjoyed our 4 night stay very much.

The only bad experience was with the Sanborn's restaurant that is connected with the hotel.....their service is poor, lack of proper training for the servers, everyone is more worried about flipping tables and setting up than checking on their customer!

It is called a 2 star hotel but had a good location and clean environment. It is a bit far from the city center, so it is quiet and there are many restaurants and facilities around, so there was no difficulty in staying.

There were two elevators, but only one was working. And it didn't work well. Elevator repairs are essential.

Excellent hotel situated in a nice area close to shopping centres and restaurents albeit some ways from the city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff from those in the hotel lobby behind the counter to the staff cleaning the rooms. I will definitely consider this hotel again during my next visit to Pachuca de Soto and recommend it to colleagues/friends.

I really cannot think of any shortcomings or problems of note during my stay.

Location was fine, close to local shops with a large department store next to it. The hotel was clean and spacious with friendly, helpful staff. The room was very comfortable with a good choice of television channels. It was also peaceful and I felt quite safe there.

Went to the bar only to find there was no beer for sale! Went to the local shop and bought some instead.

The room was great, clean, and spacious with fast WIFI. Amazing view of the huge murals of Pachuca! Great location at a 20-minute walk from the historical center.

Breakfast can be improved.

Different options for breakfast, all I tried was very good. Nice, clean hotel, excellent customer service, easy access to taxis/public transportation.

We have traveled all over Mexico and many places in the US. Honestly the best of them all! Impeccable staff service. Everyone served us like royalty.

Nothing negative at all.
