Hotel Boutique La Casa Azul

Room was spacious, bed was really comfortable and linens were good. The antique Mexican decor is very interesting. The staff was really good and the lady who cleaned our roof was excellent. The manager, Ramon, was also helpful.

The fact that in order to use the Wi-Fi you had to go to the common areas where there are mosquitos early in the day and evening. For what they charge they should ensure Wi-Fi can be used in each of the rooms. The restaurant food was not good and expensive for what it was although the waiter, Manuel was charming and made great margaritas.

the check in was very smooth and fast and the receptionist even checked us in at 11 am so my son could take his nap before we head out visiting the city. the terrace and the lobby had a very pleasant atmosphere. I could enjoy reading a book as my son and my husband used the pool.

the only point I could mention would be the unnecessary amount of armchair/sofa in our room. however, it was only due to having a toddler in the room. otherwise everything was excellent.

Lush, peaceful and beautiful

Restaurant closes at 5:00pm. Might have something to do with the time of year. Bathtub side was pretty high which made it a little precarious for people in their seventies. There was a sturdy stool but I didn’t feel safe using it.

Very well located, the vibe is very cozy that makes you feel like at home, beds were comfortable enough to have a good sleep.

I wish they had stronger Wi-Fi connection inside the rooms.

This hotel is best described as a small museum of Mexican popular art. Each room has an individual decor with handicrafts of a particular style/region. As I am in love with Mexican crafts, it felt like a little miracle. Besides, the hotel is very conveniently located and the staff is very friendly and helpful. An excellent stay!

Very uncomfortable patio chairs in the restaurant. I forgot my toothpaste and there wasn’t any available to purchase or as curtesy.

The outside areas for relaxing, the great location.

The restaurant was hardly ever open. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, although effective.

the room smelled like mildew. windows need to be opened if room isn’t used for a while for fresh air.

The wifi connection was not very good around the hotel.They could use more bandwidth and a better speed.The wifi in the rooms did not work at all ,in this day and age that is very important for guests

A beautiful oasis in the middle of Cuernavaca with traditionally decorated rooms and great grounds with excellent service and staff.
